One of the most reliable cleaners with high quality wash, press and dry cleaner. I saw all the equipments at the store are new. They dry clean my suite same day service without any extra charge that I could made my interview. Last month when I was abroad they did free delivery my clothes to my home which is 5mile away. They are also environment friendly with using Standard detergent.

I live in Ariel Luxery apartments right across the street so the convenience of the location makes up for the price being a little steeper than other dry cleaners I’ve used.
Other than that, the employees are friendly and the service is pretty fast.

Excellent cleaners. This is our go-​to cleaners in Little Italy for everything from laundering and pressing shirts to dry cleaning to tailoring. I recently had a jacket and shirt tailored and both were done perfectly. Additionally I asked to have another shirt tailored but when I tried it on the tailor was honest and said she didn’t think it needed anything. Great and friendly service!

Clothes are always ready when promised, and quality has been acceptable. That being said, I find the pricing to be a tad high. A few times I’ve had shirts laundered instead of dry cleaned, which is fine, but why charge me so much in that case?
I’d be able to increase the rating here if they did something as simple as offering 15% off on Tuesdays, for example. I live across the street so this is really my only convenient option for dry cleaning, but I find myself going to other places that are a drive away given the prices.

Great quality and service! I have been going to Magic Touch cleaners for over 6 years now.
Always happy with final result. All my cashmere scarves, expensive dresses, skirts and silk blouses and my husbands shirts look better than new after I had them dry cleaned. They have a super quick turnaround and reliable service. Prices are very reasonable (especially for trendy Little Italy) and no kinks and disappointments such as ruined material or discoloration.
Of course there are some cheaper places in San Diego but in the end You get what you paid for and it is worth every single penny! I also needed to get my dress altered for an event and was stressing out about the deadline. Nice brunette lady (I think the owner) saved me and had it done sooner than I expected! A plus! Support Local businesses!

Great tailor! Added belt loops to my pants and finished within two days for a very reasonable price.

I’ve been going here for 4+ years for dry cleaning and laundry. They do a great job and have a quick turnaround. They often offer to do rush service for no extra cost. Never had a problem with quality or delivery.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, always smile.

My first time here 6 shirts 36 $ mean 6 $ por shirt!!! No comment speechless plus they didn’t ask me if I want dry or laundry but I repeat 6 $ por shirt Dry Cleaning it’s a robbery.

I wanted to like this place. It’s location is so convenient for me. I have never tried their dry cleaning services, but I came here for their alterations.
The first time I came here was this past October and I had a dress taken in. It was a fairly simple alteration. Sheath style dress, bring it in and make it fit a little better. They were nice and the dress was ready on time. I didn’t really think it was taken in very much and the dress was still pretty big on me, but I was out of time and it was good enough.
Fast forward to this week.
At the end of last week I stopped by and asked about alterations for another dress I had. I needed it hemmed and it has a little bit of a train that I would like to preserve.
Also I needed it by next Saturday.
They said no problem. Bring the dress and the shoes back on Monday around 10am. Ok cool. I thought. So I show up on Monday dress and shoes in hand around 10. The tailor isn’t there, but I had two choices, I could get it pinned and they would just shorten it all the way around the same amount or I could come back when the tailor was there — some time between 2 and 6, but as close to 2 as possible. Ok, tailor it is. So I came back a little after 2. The tailor was not there. No one knew when he would make it in as promised that day, but I could come back between 3 and 6 the following day and he would definitely be there. I made sure that I could still get my dress by Saturday if I came the next day. They assured me I could, so I reluctantly but hopefully agreed to come back the following day. So I came back as discussed. Guess who was not there? The tailor. I was out of time at that point, I had a very very busy schedule for the rest of the week that would not allow me to come back between 3 and 6 again at any point before Saturday. I let them know I was very disappointed. There only solution was to have me drive to their point Loma location and try to get there before they closed that day or go there the next afternoon between 10 and 1. That was not going to work. I had already been there 4 times and came back exactly when they told me too.
If I knew that it was going to pull me out of work three times and I was still not going to get it done I would have gone some where else right away.
I don’t think it takes a lot to promise what you can deliver and deliver what you say you can. Cornerstone of good business.
The mad dash to find another tailor begins…

These people are the worst. I brought in a white linen dress that was still damp from me treating a stain. It was imperative that the dress be cleaned before it dried and the stain set, a.k.a. that day. They assured me they would be able to do it.
4 (!!!) days later they called to tell me they couldn’t clean the dress. Needless to say, the dress is ruined

They put a 6 inch pull in a VERY EXPENSIVE sweater. They admit they did it but say that is not their fault because «sweaters can just do that». The sweater is cashmere not a crochet style where a pull would be more likely, although still not acceptable for it to be returned in a different condition then it was dropped off in. She offered me a $ 50 credit! CREDIT! I suggested she look at my phone. The sweater is about 6 months old and I no longer have the receipt. I Googled the designer so she could see the cost of similar sweaters as my exact one is no longer available. She refused to even look because she said she was being nice offering me the $ 50 credit and that I should just take it. That’s it. Admitted she did it, nothing she can do about it and here’s a $ 50 credit because I’m so nice. Unacceptable. Since the sweater was $ 498 six months ago, I had it dry cleaned 4 times prior to Magic Cleaners ruining it. I felt $ 50 was an unreasonable restitution so I am taking them to small claims court. I will post the outcome.

EXACTLY what i expect from a Dry Cleaners. FAST Service. I am in and out in less than a minute, and they always go the extra mile to get the tougher stains out. Have never had a missing article of clothing, which happens WAYY to much at dry cleaners.
The alterations guy, REZA, is probably one of the best in the business. Thanks to him, all my clothes are fitted to perfection.

Very convenient and very friendly staff. I have been coming here for a few years now and have always had good service. Great neighborhood dry cleaning. I will definitely be coming back.

Decent cleaning and alterations. Very slow and WAY OVER PRICED. Brought in two suits and 3 shirts to get cleaned and the bill was $ 60! and they don’t tell you what their prices are. I would not go here if it weren’t in my building. Beware.

DO NOT GET ALTERATIONS HERE!!! If I could give them no stars I would. My experience with them was horrible. I have floor to ceiling windows in my home, so finding a set of curtains that fit perfectly is impossible. I bought 3 sets of 118″ curtains then took them to Magic Touch to have two sets hemmed to 102″ and one set to 61″. They tell me it will take up to two weeks and they would call me when they are done. Two weeks pass and I get no phone call. I just remembered about them 2 days later and of course they have been ready for like a week. Whatever, I finally get them home and put them up only to discover that ALL OF THEM are 2 INCHES too short!!! What kind of alteration shop are they running? They destroyed my curtains; I can’t use them. You can’t just add back the 2 inches from what they cut. When I gave them the curtains I told the girl at the front «These have to be exact, too long and they will hang too far off the ground,» and I went in with the expectation that they would probably be up to ½″ off from what I told them; even though there is no reason they shouldn’t be exact seeing as how these are brand new curtains that are already square. Right now I’m trying to get in touch with the manager to have my money refunded for the work they did and have them pay for a new set of curtains to replace the ones they destroyed, but as of now my expectations are VERY low… Again, DO NOT GO HERE, I know for us locals that it’s convenient, but it’s not worth the gamble of sending you’re sentimental items that you can’t replace like my curtains.
If you are thinking about going here check some of the other 1 — 3 star reviews, apparently I’m not the only one to get my stuff back too short. I wish I had…

Pretty nice to have them downstairs-​made the mistake of taking my shirts to MAK on Beech for cleaning and an alteration and ended up heading back to Magic Touch to have the alteration repaired. Wish the turn around time on cleaning was a little faster since I usually drop off on weekends or late weekdays, however thats probably more my fault so overall I’m very satisfied.

It’s been a long time coming this here review. And I haven’t wanted to write it, not because I’m lazy, not because they didn’t deserve a review… but for selfish reasons. Very – VERY selfish reasons.
At times I feel that this is my very own private cleaners and of course my very own private tailor. I cannot express how much I love and admire the tailor here, he is a man of few words, as English is his second language, but his tailoring and especially his hemming skills on trousers, are impeccable.
Now I know, that I have done let this rare gem out of my tightly clasped sandwich-​clamp, but I just want all you people of Americas Finest City to not miss out on this opportunity to fix you’re clothing properly, by a MASTER.
For a quick time-​out I will briefly mention that the regular services are great, decently priced and on-​time and they’ve never lost or damaged a piece. Service is polite and with a smile
I would be remiss if I didn’t finalize this review with two very simple words, «ORIGINAL-​HEM» For you trees out there, you usually wouldn’t have this problem. For us shorter-​folks with good peasant-​stock we are prone to cutting off the ends of our trousers, leaving us with a plethora of nice hand-​made bags made of denim, you on the other-​hand are more likely to wear flood’s.
When this man gets behind his sewing-​machine, he is like a virtuoso behind a piano. The Original Hem he masterfully stitches is invisible, tight and when you turn it inside-​out to inspect and marvel at, you will not be able to figure out how he does it. Totally flawless, remember he is a ONE-​MAN-​SHOW, so give him the time and respect he deserves. A little bird told me he likes good chocolate.

Living in Little Italy for the several years, I’ve had several opportunities to do business with Magic Touch. The staff is great. The tailor is top notch. Overall, I’m really pleased with the service.
