So far I’ve been waiting 1 hour and 25 minutes. And all I ordered was a small cheese pizza and an order of naked wings for my kids. I’ve called them twice to check on my order and they continue to say that the order is on its way. They initially told me it was going to be 30 to 40 minutes.

Been to this place twice. First time they messed up on my pizza and put the wrong pepperoni’s on it. Second time they served me a cold meat ball sandwich. I asked for a refund the girl at the counter voided the sale and was not able to give me a voided sale receipt. But instead offered to use my phone to take a picture of the voided sale on their register. I asked for a manager and there was no manager around. Poor service on their part.

I and my family found Marco’s Pizza to be quite good. It was prepared just the way we like it. We requested extra sauce and light on the cheese, ½ mushroom and ½ Hawiian and it was perfect. I recommend you try it and ask for it to be prepared the way you like it I know you will love it. There Corporate office found my business through Unilocal and our performers entertained at their San Marcos Grand Opening. My other half stopped by to see if all was going well and brought home the pizza. I will be getting my pizza through them on a regular basis. Maria D.

Good food and leftovers even warm up in the microwave acceptably well; much better than other places. The staff is young and tries very hard and, as long as customers continue giving constructive criticism, I think they’ll learn. What doesn’t help is not saying anything and then complaining on Unilocal. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure people are happy and content and, even though it was raining all day, I think the grand opening was decent. People saying the pizza made them sick are probably just falling under the spell of coincidence. Otherwise, wouldn’t everyone be sick? Will continue ordering from them.

The location is great and the place looked pretty clean. But they need some time to learn how to do it right. The free sunday pizza give away was fun for the family, until later when we were all sick.

Went there for their free pizza give away. Pizza tasted ok but got very sick. I wonder about all of the kids eating the free pizza and if they got sick too. They like to over do it with signs which are illegal… the city likes to collect $ 200 a day per illegal sign… they may be in for a surprise.

My husband and I really enjoyed the Hawaiian pizza. Lots of cheese and the crisp bacon bits were a nice complement to the ham. Will be coming again!

Seriously the best pizza around ! We just had the Old World Pepperoni and it was perfect. Brand new location and the store looks amazing. We definitely will be back to try the subs. It’s very close to my work which makes it a super convenient to grab some to — go. Can’t wait to go back!

My family tried this place out since its 5 minutes from our house. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. The food is pretty good, but the service is terrible. They are a new operation and completely disorganized. I felt genuinely bad for the employees. They seemed young and were trying, but there didn’t seem to be a manager or owner around to take control. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and ended up not getting the sandwich my husband ordered because after 90 minutes they still hadn’t started it and we couldn’t wait any longer. They did end up refunding our meal. I think in a few months(I hope anyway) it will be a different experience but I won’t be back for a while until they get things sorted out. If you go prepare to wait for a long time. I should have picked up on the slow service when we walked in and every table was full yet no one had their food.

Ordered a large pizza and Cesar salad to go. My order was ready on time. Pizza was good. The salad was terrible. It says it’s made fresh daily, but the croutons were soggy and gross. I also asked for the cheese to be on the side and instead of putting it on the side they gave me a side of grated Parmesan in addition to cheese on the salad. They also charged me more than the menu said, so check your receipts.

I ordered a large pizza 4 sides of ranch and a brownie to be delivered, when it arrived the pizza was smashed to one side of the box and they forgot the ranch(I must have ranch with my pizza), considering that cost me 30 $ plus a 5 $ tip I called back to let them know what had happened and I believe the owner apologized and sent out a new order on the house. I’m glad he did because everything was great and its right down the street from me. We will definitely be back for great food and customer service.

Don’t go there yet, they need more time to work out the kinks. A lot more time. The team is very young, they were all confused. They had plenty of employees but they lacked service training and were clearly overwhelmed. Not a single employee could stay in a position which caused a lot of confusion. We ordered a pizza & salad for there, 45 minutes later I had to find someone to give me my order. My salad came out after the pizza. The entire order was wrapped to go… The quality? Well the salad was terrible, clearly they make them the day before and store them. The pizza was fine; better than a dominos but nothing fancy like a pizza port. I will say that the entire staff was kind, you could tell that they really wanted to make everyone happy but without support from a supervisor it felt like kids left in a class room without a teacher. They did give us free garlic bread(which was very good), but I also saw them give a couple of refunds. I will give them a second chance, heard the subs are damn good… but I plan to wait a couple of months so they can iron out the service issues.
