Thin Crust Pizza Third time done. Can’t seem to ever get it right. Let it go the first time. Second time complained got a $ 5 credit whoopee do. Third time complained talked to Donavan sent another Thin Crust Cheese Pizza. Even worse than the first one they delivered. You think they would have gone the extra mile to get it right. Wrong answer. Want $ 15.00 an hour can’t bake a pizza. Terrible Pizza Hut. Totally let down. This is the only Pizza Hut I have had a problem with. Just returned from a Dallas trip Had the best Pizza Hut ever. So I know someone can get it right in the«YUM» chain.

I had ordered(delivery) from thus Pizza Hut many times in the past without a problem. However, today I was told that my address was out of their delivery range(I only live 2 miles from their location). In addition I see Pizza Hut delivery cars here on a fairly consistent base. When I asked what was the range for delivery the, so called, Manager claimed not to know it(What a joke). I promise I will never set foot again in another Pizza Hut. Update:. 4:37pm I just went on –line & confirmed that our address was in their delivery area. The Manager is terrible! Does not even know her own delivery area.

The menu is disappointing. I was expecting way more toppings than what they offered and the ones they did have were expensive add-ons. I ended up just getting a pepperoni pizza and even that was bland and too expensive to be just a plain pizza. I’ve had franchise pizza that’s better than this so it’s easy to say that I will never be coming back to this establishment until they come down on the prices and make their food better.

So I Ordered Online and i made the mistake and i forgot to put the apartment number which i will take the blame for but that’s it so i ended up re injuring my ankle i have an OCD lesion which is cartlidge damage and I thought it’d be great for me to get something delivered and anyways when i saw the email saying it’s being delived i was like great so 20 mins go by 30 mins go by almost an hour goes by and I call the store and they said they couldn’t deliver because they didn’t have an apartment number which i think is bull and they said they called me which i never recieved a call at all. I will never be ordering from this location again they lost my business and they weren’t even sympathetic i told them to cancel and if i see a charge on my online banking i will be calling them to tell them they have no right to take money out if i never recieved the items bad customer service and he was so RUDE!

I used to love this place. In the last 2 years, I have spent over $ 694 at this Pizza Hut on delivery services(not including tips, which are usually 20%). I have rarely had a problem, and certainly never had a problem big enough for me to complain about. But I will never be a customer of this store again because of last night. I made a regular order for delivery. Because of the rain, I knew it would take a while for the pizza to be delivered(they quoted 1 hour). That’s OK! It actually was delivered a bit before they said they would. The delivery guy was really nice. But, my order was missing my wings and 2 sauces(that I paid extra for), as well as 2 of my 3 pizzas had missing toppings, or the toppings from one pizza were on the other pizza. It was a mess. I called the store to tell them that I was missing my wings and sauces. The girl answering apologized(half-heartedly, but I get she was probably just busy and tired). She offered to redeliver my food, or she would take off the food price from my bill, plus credit me $ 5.00. That sounded like a deal — I didn’t want the delivery guy to have to come out for just wings. I could manage without them just fine. I told the girl that I would happily take the credit, but that I wanted her to know that their quality control was having a problem tonight, in that my pizzas were either missing toppings, or they were built wrong. She told me, «Well, we ARE busy tonight.» So, that means that you can build a crappy product and I just have to deal with it? Not acceptable. Because of her attitude, I told her that I would in fact rather have the wings and sauces delivered, because I could not imagine using their store in the future and having a need for the $ 5 credit. She said, «Fine.» And hung up the phone. I had no idea if she understood what I was trying to convey, or how long the new delivery would take. The new delivery took about 30 minutes. The delivery guy(different one) was really apologetic. I apologized profusely to him, and told him that I had no intention of making them come out again, but that their phone customer service was awful. I tipped him $ 5 cash. And that, kids, is the story of why I won’t be a customer of this store any more.

Whoa. cardboard might have tasted better! Got a large veggie lover and med cheese pizza and these were absolutely the worst pizzas I have ever tasted. Maybe it was the thin crust that was like a burnt cracker, who knows, but definitely wont be going back. These two pizzas were almost $ 30 to boot. What a rip… SAVEYOURMONEYANDDONOTGOTHERE!!!

First off, I would like to say that I ordered wings earlier this month(bone-in original bbq, no breading) and they came exactly as I ordered them in a box that was still intact… They were amazing. Tonight… I ordered wings, the same way as last time and they came breaded and boneless(more bread than chicken, might I add) and the box was crushed. I called to let them know that they must have confused my order and the integrity of the box was compromised, and the young girl who answered the phone(I’ll leave the name out) said that I was wrong about the order, wings cannot come bone-in without breading, and all wings that are ordered for delivery come in a crushed box. I asked her to check my last order because last time they came perfect and to speak with the manager and the girl insisted that her manager would tell me the same thing before hanging up on me. It wasn’t until phone call #2, made by my fiancé, when a manager was finally put on the phone. He was incredibly nice and apologized which was the redeemer. Thankfully Pizza Hut in RB hires excellent management staff.

Not sure why this place has low scores… I just got back and received excellent service! Their manager was very courteous and friendly. Not only was my order ready on time, it was hot and and delicious… I was asked if I needed plates, chili and cheese! I was like… «yes please!» This location is easy to get in and out of and there is decent parking available. The best part is its close to home! Perfect for Monday Night Football or Sunday Fun Day! Thanks for coming through with cheap eats!

Just had a twisted crust pizza. PERHAPS the worst pizza I’ve ever had, and I’m a conisiour. Ordered with the app– ready right on time. Service was excellent and timely. The pizza was a mess. Covered with some spice which tasted like you were eating a salt lick. The entire bottom of each slice was coated in a reddish grease. Just horrible. Haven’t been to the Hut in a couple years — just wanted to try that advertised twisted crust. Be a long time until I try again.

What’s up with all the bad Pizza Huts in this area? I thought this one was bad, until I tried the Poway location yesterday. I do not order sauce due to allergies. Because of this, they only put a tiny bit of cheese — perhaps since it is white on white??? Anyway, the pizza here sucks! I am not sure what’s happening with Pizza Hut, clearly they are going downhill. I am officially no longer enjoying their pizza’s and will start ordering from Z Pizza.

I came here for the snotty teenager attitude, and I was not disappointed! I just love the I don’t care attitude and rude demeanor. What was an additional nice surprise was the absolute incorrect information the girl working there gave us. Said they never got our order, but then 20 minutes later said it was there waiting. This is the kind of great communication that keeps customers happy! I can only assume the owner has employed their kid to work here. That’s such a nice family bond! Now this is what I call a perfect experience for someone on a diet who never wants to receive their pizza!

Bunch of kids with no adult supervision — unorganized and will very likely get it wrong… count on it. Frozen pizza in the microwave would be a better choice.

I ordered the garden party pizza, looking forward to trying the spinach covered option, but I arrived, waited for 10 minutes, only to be told they run out of spinach. They didn’t offer anything in substitute. Why didn’t they tell me earlier they didn’t have spinach??? Why did they wait until they have put the pizzas in the box and handed them to me to tell me, «sorry, we are out of spinach, and there is nothing we can do about it.» The reason why people go to a trusted name like Pizza Hut is for the reliability of the quality of the products. This is so contrary to that and is totally disappointing. There is a Domino’s much closer and I will go there more often now.

We ordered pizza for a boy’s All Star basketball party from another local place. The order for delivery was 1 hour late from the other store, so we called Pizza Hut. They had it ready in 15 minutes for pick up and even gave us a discount when they heard about wait. By the time we got home, the hungry boys had been waiting for pizza for almost 2 hours and they ate it all up. The pizza was wonderful, the customer service was incredible! Despite it being a busy Friday night, this place came through for us! Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

Can’t complain about this Pizza Hut. Our orders have always been ready on time for pick up and no mistakes with the toppings. I usually order from their app, which has great deals by the way. Monday thru Thursday large, 2 topping for 8.99 with choices of crust flavors and sauce drizzles, if you so choose. I shoot off my order straight from the app and they give me the total and the pick up time. Easy peasy and so delicious! The location itself is pretty much a pick-up location. No dining area.

We have ordered from this place 3 times in less than a month. The 1st time we had a reasonable waiting time, the 2nd time, Halloween, our pizza took an hour and a half to get to us and was stone cold up delivery. On top of that the driver… a young kid didn’t see my husband standing outside trying to wave him down because he was too busy speeding up and down our street. Tonight, we ordered slate pizza at 7.10pm and I called at 8.30pm because we still did not have our pizza and was told that it would arrive in 10 minutes…9.10pm comes around and still no pizza. I called the store again and the girl who answered looked up our order and put me on hold… when she came back she said that the driver had gotten lost and had brought the pizza back to the store. My question to her was… why wouldn’t he have called us if he was lost? She giggled and said that she didn’t know!!! RUDE and completely unprofessional! I then asked for the manager who given the situation was extremely apologetic… but unfortunately this is the last time that we will be ordering from this location. I want to add that we did get comped 2 free pizzas and they delivered another pizza to us within 25 minutes… but by about 9.40pm my kids were in bed.
