I purchased sunbrella fabric here at a very good price., selection is limited but adequate. Unfortunately I did not stop there and decided to use their custom upholstery service as well (convenience being the motivating factor). The ordeal I went through to get my custom cushions was time consuming and unpleasant. There are many reliable and professional upholstery establishments in town that would have done the job without the headache. I have since found several and based on my experience would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Wow … who would have thought?
In hopes of getting custom blackout curtains, we made an appointment for an interior designer (the owner?) to come to our house to give ideas and take measurements. Cost: $ 75.
We arranged our schedules to be home, but the designer didn’t show. We called, and found that something «unavoidable» came up.
We rescheduled.
We rearranged our schedules, once again. The day before the second appointment, we called to confirm. The appointment came and went, without a designer and without a call. We finally called, and the designer said that something «unexpected» came up.
I have to take this as a sign of things to come. On balance, I think we were lucky to have wasted only a modest amount of time … we could have been burned much worse.

What a great place Mariana Lifestyles is. I needed to buy some Sunbrella Fabric to recover an outdoor patio set. Well, Sunbrella Fabric can run as high as $ 50 per YARD at ‘discount’ fabric stores like Upholstery Fabric Outlet and other places around town.
Enter Mariana Lifestyles.
At Mariana Lifestyles they have a large selection of Sunbrella Fabric and each and every one is only $ 9.95 a yard. (que angels singing)
Now, the styles are not new to the current year, most are from the previous year selections of styles and/​or colors but at $ 10 a yard, who cares right?
I found just what I needed and on the day I was there Mariana Lifestyles was offering an additional 15% off of the entire store. So for $ 46 I bought 5 yards of Sunbrella outdoor fabric which could have cost me at least $ 150 somewhere else.
Good grief — I love a bargain!
Mariana is the owner and she is very helpful and patient. (i should know, I was there for over two hours trying to make up my mind about what fabric to choose… they have so many!)
Beside the large selection of Sunbrella, they have many beautiful other indoor fabrics as well as down pillows (all sizes and shapes), pre made dust ruffles and pillow shams, beautiful pre made curtains in deep rich colors and fabrics that you can purchase right off the rack, tassels, fringe, they even have full size leather and buffalo hides in an array of colors for $ 150 each — they have it all.
They also offer custom reupholstery and foam cutting at very reasonable prices.
The owner said they have people call and order Sunbrella from all over the United States because they are the cheapest in the nation for this particular fabric. I am so thankful they are in our area.
