Overpriced and did not return balance of what was charged on credit card vs. gas bought.

I agree with the other reviews and the prices can be a little high but you are paying for the convenience and because it’s locally owned. The owners and staff have always been very friendly and helpful. There have even been a few time where I have just watched tv and chatted with them after I picked up some water. They have a pretty decent selection of products and have a pretty big single beer selection that you won’t find at the Vons up the street. The gas can be a bit high here but I always see people here since there isn’t a station for miles. I will gladly pay a little more to support a nice, family business like this because they’re close by, extremely friendly and are there for you when you need something on the fly.

Won’t make the mistake of shopping here again. A pack of gum is almost $ 3 and there is a 70 cent surcharge for using a credit card. Well I wouldn’t have had to use a credit card if the gum was $ 1 like it should be. I understand paying a bit more for convenience and location, but this is price gouging. To top it off, the guy behind the counter was a jerk and barely spoke English. It was my first and last time at the Market at the Ranch…

It’s a love-hate relationship with this convenient store. Prices of products they carry(some generic grade) are so high you have to think twice if you really need to have it or drive another 10 minutes to go to the grocery store. People desperate for gas come here and pay an extra quarter or so per gallon… it’s crazy! The people manning the store are super friendly and helpful. When I buy ice or wood, they always carry them to my car.

This is a small quick-stop market that has the expected high prices and meager staffing. The advantage is that it is there, and it is open when you need that lottery ticket(the customers in front of me bought $ 20, $ 20, and $ 60 worth of lottery tickets) to win the«Big One.» What a waste of money. Anyway, the Pepsi was $ 9.24 for two 6-packs. I should have gotten more at Vons for $ 3.00 a 12-pack. I guess it serves me right for not thinking.
