This well-known fast food chain is not the healthiest type of food for all of us to eat. But I have to say, McDonald’s have been really convenient when I have days when my son randomly ask for chicken nuggets, french fries, yogurt and apple juice. We normally don’t order food from here, only on rare occasions. I mainly use the drive-thru, especially when my child is in the car with me. Since the menu continues to advertises their Happy Meals with red boxes, my child expects the box when his food is served. Unfortunately, this location does not provide a box, but instead McDonald’s serve kids meals in a brown paper bag. My child was disappointed that he can’t get the red box. All in all, I will consider going someplace else to order my son a meal when there are days when I don’t have a meal prepared when I get home. Otherwise, my last resort would be McDonald’s drive-thru.

I can’t recall ever going to a McDs where they were sooooo slow!!! 12 minutes for my order… fish filet meal… seriously, no special requests, nothing gourmet like. This place is McLame! I believe in second chances, so I’ll be back another day. Maybe just a bad night.

Stopped by around lunch on a weekday. I found parking but I can see how it can be difficult. It was pretty crowded. I ordered a couple of Happy Meals and was outta there in 5 minutes. There was a nice young man that helped me out(haha, I feel old saying that, he must’ve been in his late teens/early 20s. Didn’t catch his name but he was so pleasant and had such a good attitude.

Wow… so I don’t have a problem with the food but I agree that their customer service is horrendous. For example every time I get this one women, she takes my order and then when I get up to the window to pay she informs me that they do not have one of the items I ordered. For example, I ordered a pastry and she informed me that they do not have those after she had taken my order. Happens event time I get her! Separately, I went up to the window one time and the lady who was working it was chatting and laughing with a co-worker…barely said one word to me. So rude! Most recently, their frappé machine has been broken… for over a week…

1) Great people and typical McDonald’s location… but this evening around 6:30pm, they completely ran out of Coke-a-Cola…WHAT!!! I wanted to jump through the drive-thru window and put an ass whooping on these people, then i remembered i’m too fat and can barely get out of my car :(

WORST McDonalds I have been to. I have never had such a horrible time eating at any McDonalds! My order is wrong each time — I have ordered here and spoke to a manager and he didn’t seem to care one bit either. They have had my totals wrong food and drinks wrong as well and there employees are very unprofessional and rude! They need to retrain! I always have cold food as well.

If I could give no star I would, this place is horrible with food maybe because it was late at night. Food was luke warm spicy chicken was dry and solid [ not edible] fry was soggy. Yes I get it, it was late at midnight but if that’s kind of food they will serve why have it open~~ I threw the food away but if you want something late at night after midnight go somewhere else.

Another horribly slow McDonald’s in California. Is the entire state like this? Every one that we’ve driven through this weekend has had a 5 to 10 minute wait in the drive-through when there are only three cars. How is that even possible? Did someone fall asleep on the fryer?

This store would sell more impulse Happy Meals, if customers’ kids could jump up and down and scream«I wan’ I wan’ I wan’ !» at a display case full of Happy Meal toys, rather than absolutely nothing, or maybe just invisible chirping crickets.

I don’t see what everyone’s beef is with this location. A little slow with orders, yes, but the couple times I’ve been here the food has been pretty good for McDonald’s standards. That, and their fries are really tasty. The past year I’ve been going to the Carmel Mountain location where they DON’T salt their fries. Like, at all. Seriously, their fries suck over there. This restaurant is clean, modern, and just has a nice ambiance about it. I like it. For a McDonald’s it’s A-OK. Check it out.

I don’t get why my large order of fries is never filled up. I paid for a large so give me the proper amount! And I always tell myself never to go to this location. But it’s closer to my location. However, I think I just reached my limit.

This has got to be the worse McDonald’s in the U.S. First off its longer setting in this line than it is In and Out. The workers are rude. One lady was yelling at her coworker in the drive thru while I’m waiting with my hand and card out for her to take. EVERY time we go here something is wrong. We eat breakfast inside, had to send back pancakes TWICE for hair. Seriously I think they just gave us the same one back. They were rude about this. I have ordered sweet tea and gotten unsweet TWICE. I’ve ordered ice coffee and given hot coffee or any ice mocha TWICE, then given an attitude because I wanted what I ordered(paid for mocha which cost more than ice coffe but I didn’t throw a fit over the cost) This sucks so much because it’s right down the street :( I believe this location needs corporate to come in and revamp this place because reviews are being voiced!

I’ve been sitting in the drive through line long enough to download Unilocal and make an account and write a review. This is incredibly terrible.

Sorry to give one star but I have been drive through here few times in the morning and they never change their to their breakfast menu. I told him if I could drive to the window and see the menu, and he said yes. When i drove to the window, i told one guy i have not order yet and someone told me drive through the window to order. the guy told me there are people in back of me. can you come to the store?

The store number is 36374 My receipt is 274 at 9:15am Emily served me my food which were 2 sausage egg mcmuffins. I opened my mcmuffin and the eggs were green. I talked to Emily and she said they didnt look right and she went to tell the manager. The manager Kaitlyn never came over, so i walked to the manager and spoke with her. She said, «I didnt know i was supposed to come over and talk to you.» The manager said the eggs look normal and a male employee named Daniel said he wouldnt eat those in a very rude way, Daniel said, «No, thats how we serve our food.» In reply to my question which was, «Would you eat this?» This location and the employees here lack customer service skills. Fast food usually means fast food, and fast service. Other locations and food chains never forget about their customers while abiding to having food made fast and having fast service. A few of these employees, including the manager need to go back to training before being put to work again.

I go through the drive through every now and then when I’m commuting to work and didn’t have time to cook breakfast in the morning. Around 9:00am, ordering anything off the breakfast menu gets me through the line in 5 minutes or less. The food is as one would expect of a McDonald’s. The breakfast foods are consistent and are above average when compared to other locations. Every now and then, the McMuffins are toasted to perfection. I’m always afraid of exiting the drive through, which cuts through a walkway that connects to the sidewalk. Pedestrian traffic coming from your left is blocked by the building so don’t rely on them seeing you or vice versa. Signs are posted but always make sure to exit slowly.

Not sure why this location is so slow?! Plus they don’t have condiments… No honey mustard or barbecue sauce!!! I’ll skip this location and visit Escondido or Carmel Mtn.

It is McDonalds. Clean store as it was rebuilt several years ago. It used to be a Burger King. Staff is friendly. Getting in and out can be difficult in traffic. Plenty of parking. Lot of space to sit. I like the design better than the restaurants of the early 80’s motif.

Camilla the Unilocaling Hen, being bred incredibly well and taught by the finest bears the forest could offer, knows that saving money is essential if you want to be able to splash out on the finest Chia seed Costco offers. It is no surprise then that yesterday morning while checking her tall stack of mail(full of love letters and French newspapers) she delighted in finding an advert for a new product being served at McDonald’s. «Cluck!» She trilled as she flapped her wings in excitement. For you see this was no ordinary new product. McDonalds, taking a page from a more Euro breakfast ideal, has started serving fresh baked pastries to go with their ever growing café menu. Camilla had seen these on her world travels(indeed in Panama she saw a very Starbucks looking MCafe and talked about it for weeks) and now finally America was to get a taste… And that taste would be free due to the coupon Camilla sniffed out! This location is a bit cramped but we made it through the drive thru no problem. Using our coupon was easy! We were given the choice between berry and cheese. We asked if we could have one of each and they said that was cool. Berry: what you would expect. A little too sweet but a nice small treat Cheese: really good! Decadent and still warm me and Camilla could see ourselves growing fat on these! The cinnamon made the pastry taste fresh and wonderful. At about $ 2 retail we felt they are a tad spendy. After all the pies are much larger and are only $ 1. Overall Camilla was happy to see what the pastries were like, and to do it for free.
