I’m a vip member of this location this place is going down hill. Last 2 times I have gone there for dinner, it’s been a disaster. A week ago I went to get dinner for my family and when I got there they announced that there is no bread available. No bread! I asked for discount because I had to get wraps for the family which by the way was not good. No discount was what I was told. Ok, 1 mistake, I’m willing to let go, but a second time. Went tonight to get Sandwiches from your location. Before I left, my wife said we should call before u go to make sure they have bread. I said no way they mess it up again. I enter, and they tell me no wheat bread. No discount again and quite frankly did not want to make a scene. To the owner, it’s time to get some employees that know what they are doing. I strongly urge for u to get a supervisor/lead who can lead your team and make sure a sandwich place has all the necessities to make their guests satisfied. I’m about over this location. Have your staff prepared and employees that are more customer friendly. If they been directed by management/owner not to give discounts for unprepared mistakes then owners/management need to look at themselves in the mirror.

Ordered sandwiches yesterday from them when working through lunch on a business trip. I ordered the Club sandwich #8 which was to have lettuce, tomato, turkey, ham, bacon and cheese. There were thin tomatoes on top, a ton of lettuce below the tomatoes, thin slice of ham with cheese on it and zero bacon or turkey. I checked the number 8 written on the bag to compare with the menu and they forgot the bacon and turkey. I see they want to load up on the lettuce, thin on the meat and in this case leave off 2⁄3 of the meat.

The employees here are always great to talk to and they are very good at what they do. The last sandwich I had wasn’t as good as they normally are but the employees were fast and nice to talk to as they worked.

I’m not one to say that everything is better on the east coast just because I’m from their originally, but come on, this was a bland attempt. About 1⁄3 the meat I’d expect and had for 20+ years at almost any place near Philadelphia, wilted lettuce, one of the ‘hot’ sandwiches was room temp at best and flavorless. Someone will have to explain the draw of JM to me, maybe it’s a best of the worst situation. I’m not even that hard to please or a glutton for mammoth portions, but I shouldn’t be able to eat a large anything without feeling hungry and disappointed afterwards. Staff was friendly and the service was quick so I have no complaint about anything but their food.

I like JM in general but this place was sub-par. Slow service even though only two other customers were in the store; misunderstood what sandwich I wanted; and thirdly: the guy who made my sandwich wrapped my bag with his gloves on! This meant that buffalo sauce got all over the outside of the brown bag that my sandwich was in! Yuk!

About the 100th time my Giant Meatball Sandwhich on White was ice cold. This place sucks!

Subs are aight, not quite up to Submarina quality and flavor, but service is super friendly and chill. Parking can be a bear in this location.

Jersey Mike’s ain’t mess’n around. They’re moving the lunch herd through here with poise and grace. Smart staff behind the counter working well and hustling together. Sandwich was a lot better than I remember. Got the #5 super sub and was impressive. Decent quality of ingredients, fresh bread and awww do I love their hots or some call red spicy relish. What I appreciate the most here is the large outside patio. Nice and spacious to get away from the annoying crowd and hunker down and man handle that sandwich properly. Best sandwiches in the area. They could expand more on their chip selection. Would be impressed if the chain started making potato salad and other sides besides chips. Don’t let the line scare you, they move quickly here. If you’re smart, order online and pick-up quickly upfront. That’s the game plan for the next visit.

I didn’t like Jersey Mikes after my first visit but I kept coming back. Finally, after maybe 4 – 5 visits, I can safely say that I’m a fan. It’s often a bit chaotic while waiting in line and some teams are more efficient and friendly than others. However, you get used to it. I’ve had their cheese steak subs and some of their cold subs and all are pretty good. I’ve finally landed on my favorite preparation and that’s «Mike’s Way» with heavy tomatoes and add mayo. Good stuff. In my opinion the subs are a bit pricey(about $ 8) so I don’t think this would become one of my regular lunch destinations. But when I’m looking for a good sandwich, I have no problem stopping by.

Fast service, made fresh, decent prices, what’s not to like. Came at 2:30 on a work day for a very late lunch(just couldn’t stop working for what seemed like forever), and got 3 of their steak and pepper sandwiches(the server convinced all of us his favorite was the way to go). Very good, not car safe, made a mess but disappeared quickly. Would definitely go again.

I came in at 330pm on a Sunday. Service was super fast, super friendly, bbq chicken sandwich was yummy and $ 11 included drink and chips. Place is clean, bathroom is clean, and like I said, friendly staff.

I reluctantly came here for lunch after seeing that the other two(much better) options in the complex were closed on Sundays and my gf was tired of driving to find lunch. Typical Jersey Mike’s experience: — Wrong bread on my overpriced sandwich. — Their turkey is cut from a gelatinous log… Not very appetizing. — They forgot to add an ingredient in my sandwich, then asked«oh did you want that in there?» Yes, yes I did. That’s why I ordered it. It was hastily added to my sandwich at the register. — I’m not sure how much they pay for lettuce, but twice now I’ve seen extra lettuce from the sandwich made before mine pushed back into the bin to be used on my sandwich. That is gross in my opinion. Is lettuce that pricey that you need to reuse it? Their employees seem to be careless kids who don’t take their job seriously. I won’t be coming back voluntarily anytime soon.

Me and the family used to eat here all the time. I have had over a thousand #13’s over the years As of last 3 visits they seem to be trying to cut cost and increase profits by cutting back on quality/quantity. Having eaten at different Jersey Mike’s for over 2 decades I know them well. We have stopped going to this one as they make the smallest most pathetic sandwiches I have ever had at a Jersey Mikes. I called and left messages 4 different times for the manager and never once got a call back. I am going to try to get a hold of Stephen Leonard the owner these week. Sadly we go down the hill to Von’s now.

I was here on a Thursday, during the lunch hour. Oh, the wait was long, the line was out the door today. While waiting, I could see what the problem was. The problem is that the girl at the cash register was dwadling and gabbing it up with the customers and holding up the rest of the line. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I finally ordered my sandwich, and paid up. My sandwich was the«jersey mikes favourite» it was excellent as usual, and worth the wait.

My sons-in-laws and grandsons(ages 4&6) and I really like the turkey sandwich done Mike’s way. It tastes fresher than the competitors’ subs, IMHO. The staff is friendly. The downside is the location with limited parking and the place gets slammed on weekdays at lunchtime.

Overpriced, Slow, Incompetent, and Rude Ordered a #6 Roast Beef and they put 3 thin slices of beef on a 6″ roll and charged me $ 9 for an a la carte sandwich! I have eaten lunch at almost every restaurant in the RB area. For $ 9, I expect more than 3 slices of meat. Their rolls are pretty good but other ingredients are no better than Von’s deli counter. Certainly NOT special or «authentic Jersey style» to justify a premium price. When I walked in, there were two people in line ahead of me yet it took them 25 minutes to make my sandwich and complete the transaction! Four employees behind the counter: 1 at cash register, 1 on phone taking orders, 1 taking orders and slicing bread, and 1 putting toppings on. Order taker took a curiously long time between taking the order of guy ahead of me and taking mine. I noticed that he was fiddling around with bread restocking and a new phone order on the grill. Then when I reached the toppings guy, I waited 10 minute while my bread/meat sat there and I watched the him clean every little piece of shredded iceberg lettuce off the counter. Really? I know he sees me waiting and the line has now built up to about 12 people behind me. That’s just poor judgement. I finally had to tell him to get going on my sandwich already. The cashier couldn’t count correct change then tried to sell me on signing up for frequent buyers club. After I paid, they still had not wrapped my sandwich so I sat in front of the register waiting again. Then they told me I was holding up the line. At this point, I just smiled at them and stared at my unwrapped sandwich until they figured it out. As others have stated, the parking lot can be a nightmare at lunchtime but, I have found that if you arrive before 11:30, it is usually okay. You can have my spot because I won’t be going back.

I’m not a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s his sandwich options are just like any other sandwich place. I dont see much difference between this place and the old quiznos or togos. I try to stay away from sandwich places. But this used to be a togos and i was starving. the parking lot is tiny. REALLY tiny. and since everyone in san diego has a truck since its a military town its almost impossible to fit in a compact parking when some guy is taking up two spots.
