Typically McDonalds has standard things going on if you stop in. I think that I stopped in on a no so typical day at McD’s. The cash registers were not online to be able to accept Credit or Debit cards. Which was not a problem for me, I had cash. However, I could sense the frustration of others in line who were trying to pay with plastic. Once I got my food my fries were cold. And when I filled my drink cup, one of the ice dispensers was out of ice. So I had to move to a different dispenser. Not a big deal. However add that to the other things that were not going right on this visit, it made this a sub par day at McD’s. The restaurant was clean. There were TV’s but none of them were turned on for viewing. I think that the drive thru was also backed up due to the cash registers not being able to take plastic for a payment because the drive up was back up. What happens when your stuck in the drive thru and you don’t have cash to pay?(I was thankful that I was not stuck in the drive thru trying to pay with a credit or debit card!)

Wow! I’ve been waiting for like ten minutes and loved maybe 10 feet in the drive thru. Slowest McDonald’s on the west coast that’s for sure. My buddy who was driving the car, put it in park, walked to the del taco across the street, got a burrito, I got in the drivers seat of course and he was back before I even got to pay. So don’t ever let it loose.

Lets just say I’m beyond livid!!! I got off work at 6pm tonight, didn’t feel like cooking so my husband and I decided to just go thru the drive through at McDonalds. We ordered our food, I gave the girl my debit card, she said the system was running really slow this evening, I told her it was okay, she then swiped my card again, then again, the 4th time she said I’m sorry your card was declined, I told her that was odd, so I checked my online banking, sure enough my account was charged, I showed her and she tried to re print my receipt, she said no I’m sorry it was declined, the manager then came to the window, I showed her and she said it couldn’t have been processed, the date on my banking is 11⁄12 and it is 11/11, I told her it is after hours and a holiday so it will post tomorrow. She wasn’t understanding it. **There were no cars behind me during this**…I then called my bank, they said my card was charged and the reason it said declined on each swipe after the 2nd swipe was for security reasons as it was locked. Another manager MARIA came to the window, I tried to show her my banking information, she said she wasn’t going to look at it, the lady on the phone offered to speak with her, when I let MARIA know she said she will not talk with my bank, I told her my card was charged, she said no it wasn’t, she then told her staff to get my license plate number and to call the police, I was on the phone with my bank still and she couldnt believe what she was hearing, MARIA then told me to look at her in her eyes and that I needed to pull up and she would look into it, I pulled up, Maria then came and told me my card was not processed and walked away. I was BLOWN away. My bank credited me my money, so my husband and I went to a different McDonalds. The photos show my card being charged, refunded then charged at a different McDonalds. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow, I can’t believe I was treated like this! And these people think they deserve $ 15 a hour!!!

If you feel like waiting in line for 30 minutes. I suggest you go to another McDonald’s or go inside. I’ve come here numerous times. And my food has either been cold or Luke warm. One day I came here and my chicken nuggets weren’t even cooked all the way! I had to throw them in the oven. Don’t get me wrong the staff is nice. But learn how to cook your food and speed up the drive thur process

This place is awful. Long wait, bad food and even the sweet tea is awful. Honestly I shouldn’t be here anyway lol. Today though really irritated me. Bought a snack wrap and it was probably 2 and a half inches long it was like half of it was missing

Alright, my review has dropped from 2 stars before to 1 star now. If you’re going to advertise breakfast all day night and now, do not put sausage mcmuffin with egg on the menu to be available all day long if they’re not going to make it until breakfast hours. Either that, or coach your team to make that stuff if they are advertising it.

The staff is very hit or miss. There are some staff members that are very polite and helpful, and on the other hand there are staff who give you the impression that you are wasting their time. The drive thru is consistently slow and I have waited over 20 minutes plus in line with only 2 cars ahead of me. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonalds if you are in a hurry or value customer service.

This is by far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too. They do not seem to have the infrastructure to be open 24 hrs. I work in a bar and go after work and rarely get good food. Numerous times the fries are re-fried in attempt to warm them, they are constantly out of half the menu, and have a terrible system of closing out their registers so they only accept cash. The Burger King next door is far superior, but sometimes I want McDonalds instead, only to be constantly disappointed. Maybe I should learn my lesson, but there isn’t another one close to my house or work. Sometimes they get it right, but more often than not, I’m forced to order from only a couple selections, and get fries that have been twice-fried and are so hard they can’t be eaten. If you can’t handle 24 hr operation, don’t try.

Worst McDonald’s, the service is terrible and it’s pointless to talk to the manager. All we ordered was 2 mcdoubles, a caramel frappé, one soda and 2 pastries. They completely messed up gave me a whole different order, I told them no this isn’t even close and this woman has the nerve to tell me I didn’t order that, like look at the recipient I gave you and maybe you will get my order correct, you have it right on the recipient so what’s so hard? The pastries and frappé are disgusting as well. Thanks for the terrible food and service. McDonald’s really needs to just close the doors for good. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I have usually always had a great experience with this McDonalds. They have always been fast and friendly. My order has always been correct and my food well prepared by fast food standards. I have been there during a rush and because of all the navy and contractor traffic when they get slammed they get slammed hard. It’s understandable when they slow down during that time but you can see all the employees bustling about making it work as best they can.

This is a terrible McDonald’s even by McDonald’s standards. I have never waited longer in a drive-thru anywhere in my life than I did in this one. And it wasn’t even during peak hours — it was 2 p.m. I should have known right off the bat when the breakfast menu was still on the screen and not the lunch menu. Listen, when your staff is too lazy to even bother to know what time of day it is, you need to make sweeping changes at your place. There’s no excuse for that kind of incompetence even at a fast-food joint.

What is life without the golden arches? I love Mcdonalds and always will. They never get my sauces right and I’ve learned now to just always check my food before driving away because chances are 9⁄10 times they will get it all wrong. I can’t resist the chicken mcnuggets, fries and filet o fish, and nothing is better than having a 2 am late night mcfeast.
