This McDonalds is absolutely horrible… first the milkshake machine is never working, same story every week and then to top it all, buns hard, food cold and unappetizing!

I tried to give this place a chance but the quality here on the food is not even average. Their breakfast burritos are cold. No napkins for drive thru orders. I’m done ranting there’s many more arches to find

You’ve really outdone yourselves this time McDonalds, can’t even get a mcchicken(or however it’s spelled, you know what I mean) with light mayonnaise only. Get home and it looks like someone dumped a whole jar of mayonnaise on it. I hate this place so much, sometimes it’s just the only thing that’s convenient and every time I get it I end up very upset at how lazy the employees are. What can you say though it is mcdonalds can you really expect anything more from them.

I wanted a sweet tea in the morning and instead I got the non sweeten tea. I understand the pressure of the fast food industry but still they should try to get the order right.

Came by a few nights ago, was giving our order and the drive-thru worker for that evening cut us off! It’s not as if were ordering lots of food, only 1 meal and 2 other items. We were respectful also. To interrupt in the middle of speaking, let alone giving the final items for the order was just poor manners and sloppy service! No «is that all for you this evening?» Or «can we get you anything else?», just cut off boyfriend mid-sentence, saying our total would be at the 2nd window. No excuse to turn away money for the business or be so rude to customers.

Best drive thru service ever! There is always a smile on their faces. I usually go early in the morning before work so I get greeted by a sweet Philippino? Gentleman! He told me MERRYCHRISTMAS!!! how awesome!

There are a few employees that are friendly, but the majority employees are rude. The drive thru closes at 11PM, I went though it at 10:55PM.(no line), and this woman told me, «sorry were close». And I told her that it’s only 10:55PM. She said that she is currently accepting no one. I told her to go ask her manager if she could take our orders, and not even a second, she was like, «manager says no». Okay I know damn well she didn’t even asked. All I wanted was some fries and chicken nuggets, damn. Is that so hard to handle or something? The drive thru closes at 11PM! Omg. I understand that they hate their job and want to leave early, but get a new job if you can’t handle getting a customer some chicken nuggets and fries. Plus, they always mess up my orders too! Well what do you expect from mc Donald’s, right? Horrible customer service(most).

*dont judge me* my boyfriend wanted chicken mcnuggets so we came here because the one by our house closes at 11. The drive-thru line was short, which surprised me because of the other Unilocal reviews about the line length. He ordered the 2 cheeseburgers meal. His large fry came out very hot. My only gripe about this fine dining establishment was the attitude of the window girl. When we asked for BBQ sauce, she rudely told us that it would be ten cents. It wasn’t about the money, but about the premise. Just be nice for goodness sake.

Worst mc Donald’s I’ve been too. What you mean you don’t have any ketchup? Then why did you let me order fries without saying anything. Young white girl is rude and just walked away after saying«we ain’t got any». Dbl cheeseburgers always sloppy.

Ghetto ghetto Mc Donalds. My son and I stopped in at this location because is was close to my auto shop. Not only did it smell outside, there was no play area. Then there was the ghetto scene inside while we were eatting. A mother came in screaming at her little boy(maybe 1 ½,) the boy could not talk. He was crying and she yelled at him to shut the hell up and quit crying. then she said something along the line of i’m going to count to 3 then whoop your ass. Well my 3 year old said mommy why is she being a bad mommy? lol wow even my 3 year old was troubled by this situation. When we were about to leave 3 different people came in and just sat at tables nodding off like they were on drugs, creepy. Do not ever ever ever go to this location

Has a clean, spacious environment. 3 people here on the long haul were busy working the free WiFi internet on their laptops with very long power cords stretched up a wall or across the floor into various wall plug power sources. My yogurt parfait, by the way, was a-ok. What can you really say about Micky D’s, anyway? The Big Mac is supreme cuisine? I got dibs, get your hands off my McRibs? The Breakfast Burrito is really neat-o? Meh! Nice place to take a break, get out of the heat, have a brief meeting and so forth. Grab a snack, or a refreshing drink then get back to work or where ya need to go. Too many other fine burger places to make the most of your indulgent calories.

Best McDonald I’ve been to. The rating is comparing McDonalds to other McDonalds, not how their food rates to other fast food. I came here for the first time at around 10:30pm in the drive thru. I only eat their McNuggets and they usually come out in seconds. But they didn’t have some ready and asked if I could wait about 4 minutes for them to come out of the fryer. I said ok so then she asked if I wanted a complimentary soft drink! I got a free small Coke. So friendly! The lady was very nice too; she called me «hun». It’s so cute when older ladies do that. :)

Ok, this is after all McDonalds — fried, cheap, fast food and questionable ingredients. I swear if it was not for the smurfs; I would not set foot in this place. However, I did and well… It was yucky. Dirty, tables, cashier had an attitude when I inquired about a happy meal toy. I kept thinking to myself: «Yes, I am in my 30’s and about to order a happy meal — get over it, its thanks to fools like me, YOU have this minimum wage job.» Cashier gave little eye contact after rolling them upon me asking if PAPASMURF was in yet. Oh come on, papa smurf!!! Anyway, I got my greasy chicken nuggets and greasy fries and a grumpy smurf to go with the employee’s demeanor but no papa smurf. The tables were dirty, the floor had scuff marks all over it. It seems homeless people raise shopping carts inside this McDonalds, where the hell are the scuff marks coming from? eew. Tiny parking lot and those who let children in that filthy play area should be questioned by CPS. *The End*

This is a very interesting McDonald’s. Right after I paid my son’s Cricket bill this morning, I knew I wanted to get an iced coffee so I headed down El Cajon Blvd. in City Heights and beheld an unusual-looking McD’s. It appeared to have been chiseled out of what looked to be a house on the corner near 52nd and El Cajon Blvd. The drive-thru was adorned by very ornate looking white pillars. It was odd. But what caught my attention was the McD’s kiddie playground. It was outdoors and looked like it had been added on as an aside. The playground is located smack along the drive-thru lane, so any fool can scam the kiddies as they wait in their cars for their Super-sized Big Mac! The playground is surrounded by red bars! To me, it looked like a fresh air jail for children! Now I realize this neighborhood is not the best, but McD’s is filthy rich enough from pushing fast food worldwide to afford to fancy up this kid’s area. I remember when my son was little-I would sit and read a book from start to finish at the plush(indoor) Midway McDonald’s-while he worked off the chicken nugget lunch and exhausted himself for his 3 hour nap! It was the best FREE baby-sitter and playground around! City Heights deserves no less than this! The drive thru service was polite and professional and I have nothing against this location. For a Unilocal upgrade in STARS: Put privacy screens up along the drive-thru lanes so the rug rats can play in peace!

The good thing about McDonald’s is that their food is consistent. The sausage egg mcmuffin is the same no matter which location you buy it. Their food, is their food, and I love going to McD’s for breakfast. But at this location, it’s probably better to get your breakfast to-go. The weekend customer crowd can be kind of sketchy… so go through the drive-thru, or get your breakfast burrito to-go, otherwise you may lose your appetite.

Their iced coffee is surprisingly really good. I am one of those«I haven’t slept in 2 days» kind of coffee drinkers and only drink it when I really need to stay awake. What I hate is that the cup was filled with ice an inch to the top, consequentially after 10 sips my coffee was all gone. Not to mention the guy asked me if I needed a straw.. . buddy, did you expect me to slurp it through the lid? 5 hours of work and no more coffee… grrrrrr Also not open 24 hours
