Ordered delivery from here for 5 people. The food arrived in about 45 minutes(right when they said it would be delivered). We placed the order online and everything turned out perfect. Not sure how the website is on a desktop computer, but not completely user friendly from a smart phone. I had the chicken club. Sandwich was delicious and well put together. The bread is probably the best part! Yummy sourdough. One person in my group is obsessed with the Knuckle Sandwich, which I didn’t try but will take his word for it :) Such a hidden little gem of a deli that should be tried!

Came here for take out and had –pork belly Mesa’s Corner Deli good sauce served with carrots, pickles(? meh), pork was too small it is hard to rate; — pork belly steamed bao, good –bao kalbi beef, again not enough meat — pulled pork bao, very good taste and texture. The pickle gives it on odd taste for me. Kimchi fries, very good served with mayo. Place had consistent flow of customers, maybe next time I will sit in instead of take out.

I was referred here by my boss. This place is as good as getting a raise! I’m a sucker for a good meatball sub, and man did they impress me. The meatballs are homemade, they use FRESH buffalo mozzarella, pesto(which added an extra special touch), banana peppers for that little bit of tang, and to round it all out the bread is super fresh and soft. It was the kind of sandwich that you can’t stop eating! I’ve also had the Bada-Bing(italian style sandwich). A very solid & satisfying choice, and big enough to be split between 2 people. Lastly, the cookies are a MUST. They are homemade, and ridiculously good(so make sure you save room). I wish this place were in a better location though, because it’s definitely hidden away. I will continue to spread the word about this place because the food is made with love & the staff are always so friendly! Keep up the good work!

Kind of off the beaten path but if you really want a solid sandwich this is the place to stop. I have probably tried seven or eight sandwiches and all were excellent or above in quality of taste. The owner is a real stand up guy extremely friendly and the shop though small is very clean. Will definitely keep coming back to support this local.

So delicious. Ordered Mesa’s Philly Cheesesteak Sub, garlic fries, chicken fingers, Mesa Club Sandwich, Good Fellas Meatball Sub, & a Build Your Own choice of 2 meats sub(turkey and more turkey). Everything was good. Ordered delivery & have not been inside the deli. Was originally a bit hesitant to order food from here after driving by, but so glad we did. Will definitely order again and maybe even check out what it’s like inside.

A+++ Just tried their Reuben and it’s awesome. Great size and perfect balance. 7 ounces of meat with amazzzzing flavor. Tastes like it was made with love. The service was great too, Keith was very knowledgeable when I asked him for recommendations and I could tell he truly cared. He hooked me up with some fried chips and they were bomb, definitely ordering those next time. Been living next to this place for so long and it’s small and easy to miss, after seeing all the outstanding reviews I had to try it, WISH I HADCOMESOONER!!! Will be back here again for sure. Wish I could take a picture of the Reuben, the other picture I saw doesn’t do it justice, it’s perfect sized. But I devoured it after smelling it, sooooo good!

Came here once on a rainy day and I had to rush back to work after lunch and they rushed my Mesa Club sandwich and had it made in 7 minutes so I wouldn’t be late. The Mesa Club was great! Bacon was crispy, bread was toasted, avocado was fresh. Also have had the Meatball Sub and it’s amazing! Fresh toasted bread, plenty of meatballs, cheese and peppers/onions. I like their meatball better than Filippi’s. Great flavor. Every time I call an order in it’s ready in less than 15 minutes. One of my favorite local spots that also is walking distance from my house. Double win!

I am amazed by how Mesa’s Corner Deli started with an amazing selection of sandwiches and still continues to grow and expand their menu even further. All their sandwiches are delicious and well crafted. I haven’t had a single bad sandwich there(my humble opinion). They have this one sandwich that I believe is called the Mesa Italian Dip that is so darn delicious! Imagine a philly cheese steak with fries and pickles INSIDETHESANDWICH. It comes with au jus for dipping. I normally ask them to add a bit of chipotle remoulade in there and then heaven in my mouth! Mmmm… Other favorites include the knuckle sandwich(has crunchy fried onion strings in it for added flavor and texture), the reuben(one of the best reubens I have enjoyed anywhere), the fried chicken sandwich(fairly new and amazing) and the meatball sub(tasty meatballs with tasty sauce!). The menu you see here on Unilocal or even on their website is not up to date. They have a more options to choose from and they are excellent. So go give them a try. You will not regret it. I do recommend you get it to go and enjoy it in one of the parks down in the neighborhood as they don’t have much seating. But that is out of their control, they have a tiny spot and they do an amazing job making it work. I have to mention this, the best thing about Mesa’s Corner Deli(aside from the food) is the people who own and run it. Keith and his family are incredibly friendly and wonderful. I am always greeted by warm smiles and friendly words. After going there the first couple of times my roommates and I started to chat with them a bit and they are wonderful people. If that is not a good enough reason to want to support their business, I don’t know what is.

I would often drive by this place and see customers about, but never stopped in. This past Saturday, looking for a deli on Unilocal,Mesa’s corner popped right up, and the decision was made to try it. It’s a tiny place, with a chalkboard or printed color menu to peruse. We were greeted and helped by Caleb, a smiling, confident, helpful young man. After placing our order, we chose one of the handful of tables and chairs and watched the pedestrians, bike riders, dog walkers. As mentioned, this is a small place with your food cooked to order, so expect to wait about 10 – 15 minutes for your food to arrive. Our party had three burgers, and one Rueben and all were delicious. My only regret is that I never stopped in sooner. Nice job Mesa’s Corner Deli. See you soon.

I had the California philly cheese steak and it did not disappoint. Was wondering how well the avocado would’ve work but it blended in nicely. My wife had the club and garlic fries and they were delicious also.

I ordered the mesa club and the garlic fries and both were delicious! The only reason I’m going with 4 stars instead of 5 was because I really wish they had a soda fountain and more seating. But as for food it was great. I asked for toasted sourdough for the bread and it was perfect. There was plenty of meat and crunchy bacon, veggies seemed fresh and they had honey mustard which is sometimes hard to find at delis. Good food, decent location, definitely worth a shot if you like sandwiches!

THESPOT! I live right by this place. Don’t let the location or the size fool you. Mesa Corner Deli packs a punch into flavor town! I have been coming here for quite a while now. It is a father and son ran business. Always my favorite are the small businesses and I love to support them whenever possible. Plus, the food is usually a lot better. My go to order consists of: 1) Cheesesteak Sammie hoagie– substitute peppercorn sauce for the horseradish(not a big fan of horseradish) 2) The Bada Bing– bomb 3) garlic fries with extra garlic! And two sides of chipotle aioli(spicy but bomb!) They are always consistent and the food is always just as good as before. Will come back again and again. Hidden Gem

Mesa Corner Deli is the place to go for the meanest sandwich around. Ask anyone, I love a good sandwich. I order the Mesa Club every time because it has my two favorites — bacon and avocado. The meat portions are really generous and the sandwich is so filling. The garlic fries are light and crispy with tasty garlic cloves. My husband says the Western Bacon ½ lb. Burger is delicious as well. What I love most about this place though is the service. It’s a little hole in the wall but the owner is always so friendly and asks how our food was every time.

A sandwich sounded like a great idea on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, after getting some ice coffee from K Sandwiches’ down the street, I just drove a bit down Ashford to find Mesa Corner Deli in a strip mall which shares a parking lot with Carnival Market. Mesa Corner Deli is quite a small hole in the wall place( ), with only seating located outside, but some delicious sandwiches comes out of this place. I decided to go with a regular sandwich instead of their hoagie selection, which they have quite the variety of here. The Mesa Club sounded great and only came to about $ 7 and some change. The guys at the cash register suggested that I get it toasted, so I went with that. The Mesa Club sandwich came out warm and toasty( ) and was stacked high with meat and avocado. This was quite a large sandwich, it compromised of three huge slices of wheat bread, turkey, cheese, avocado, mayo and veggies. They toasted this sandwich perfectly, lightly crispy ontop yet still soft once you bite into it. The avocado was ripe and had that light fluffy texture to it. They only use boar’s head meat here, so you know the meat is going to be quality before even trying it, they cut the meat so it was lightly thin but not shredded. The sandwich was really exceptional and filled me up, a really good deal for seven bucks if you ask me. This place does sandwiches right, quality ingredients, boar’s head meats and cheeses and great ratio of veggies and condiments. This place will definitely serve as a lunch spot for the future. Although there is a lot of sandwich competition in this area, Mesa Corner Deli is definitely a place worth trying.

I’m rounding up because my bro gave his knuckle sandwich 3.5 stars and I gave my club a 3.0. The service was great — friendly and helpful. I could have made the club at home and it came on some boring white bread, though it was nice that the bacon was cooked to order. My bro enjoyed his knuckle sandwich; large, on a hoagie bun, well-stuffed and good flavor. I’m sure I’d give one of the other specialty sandwiches a higher score, but I’m reluctantly dairy-free right now and those sandwiches would be ruined without cheese — cheese makes everything taste better! The pub chips would have been an awesome side, but the guy was honest and said they were frozen and not fresh potatoes. I was hoping they were made fresh in-house, but that’s asking a lot for a small business. I’ll most likely still get them in the future when I’m feeling like a porker I’d definitely come back, especially when this horrible dairy-free diet ends.
