BEWARE before you come here thinking that the banners that are outside the store offering «Free Phones» rebates and insurance on defective phones will be honored, because they’re not.
I had a TERRIBLE experience at this store particularly. Let me start off by saying that most employees (with the exception of Marylou who happened to be as informative as she could and nice) will DECEIVE you and are not fully aware of the promotion details and will therefore MISINFORM you, costing you the full price of a phone (in my case about $ 140) and will keep giving you excuses about their supervisor/​manager «SHANNON» who for one reason or another is never at the store when I happen to call or come by. I have left messages and was told many times that she would call me when she was available. Not once ever has she returned my call, so don’t expect any resolutions of your issues because «SHANNON THE SUPERVISOR/​MANAGER» is NEVER AVAILABLE. I was given excuse after excuse for her not being able to take my calls or see me, for example, that she was on another call, she was helping another customer, that she was at a different store, which all could be perfectly understandable situations, but the one that really got me was the one were I was told ‘SHANNON ISNT AVAILABLE BECAUSE HER DOG DIED” That is not an appropriate response in my opinion.
I DO NOT recommend you purchasing anything at this store because you will be robbed of your money.
You will not get anywhere on resolving issues about your so-​called rebates/​free phone (yeah right)
They will give you the runaround on getting in contact with a Supervisor in this case SHANNON (VERY UNPROFFESIONAL SO CALLED SUPERVISOR WHO DOES NOT CALL YOU BACK)
Go Somewhere else and read the fine print people.
