Wow! thanks Raul! I came by on my lunch break to have my screen fixed. I called prior to coming in and I was told it would take 45−1hr long, no problemo for me – I can kill time shopping at nearby stores. Anyway as I arrived I was greeted by Raul — whom already guessed who I was. He said he had an iphone 6 screen set that was ready and that it was going to take ONLY 10mins!!! HYFR!!! he got on it and did his thang… 10mins later viola! all nice and clean. best service ever!

I am very impressed by PCS Connection. I ranked 5 stars because the quality, speed, price, and customer service, of their service is fantastic. I dropped my iPhone 6 in the toilet, and I dreaded looking for someone to fix it, setting up an appointment that isn’t during work hours, being without my phone for days, and shelling out at least $ 150. Two other times before, it was fixed for shattered screen, but this was the first with water damage. The last cell phone repair guy did not fix water damage– it seems a lot of places are like that.
The staff were very knowledgable, experienced, kind, honest, and understanding. They stay open later and it’s in a central location. I worried about being bamboozled and being told I needed this or that. Instead my phone’s inside was cleaned and dried, and I was charged $ 25, which is a very good price. Ever since, my phone has been working great. It is a wonderful surprise to find that there are still honest people/​businesses in the world. That honesty will pay off, because I will refer everyone i know there, and when I inevitably drop my phone again, I will call PCS Connection.

Listen to me! Raul is the truth! My phone was out of commission! My battery & screen was SHOT! I go to Apple and they pretty much had no hope for me. So at that moment I’m in panic mode because this photo has all my pictures of my baby girl! First holidays etc. memories are everything to me okay enough of about that. I decide to get on Unilocal to find a phone repair shop. Reviews were good so I decided why not. My Unilocalers did not steer me wrong I came here Raul told me exactly what was wrong, quoted me a price & even gave me a loaner phone while I waited for mines to get done. I received my phone & need less to say it feels like I just walked out with a Brand New iPhone! with a 30 day warranty. I’am beyond excited. Thank you again PCS Connection! (Raul)

For a week I was in panic mode with my cell as it was on the fritz… sometimes it would charge, sometimes it would not. I ordered the part needed on eBay and waited (excruciating, as it was over a holiday!) … I was going to do it myself (after watching a simple YouTube video) and that little unnerving voice on my shoulder told me to come here, and I’m glad I did!
Got to PCS Connection and they pointed out to me the part shipped to me was for a SPRINT phone, not a Verizon phone. AAAAH! Despite me not making an appointment or anything, turned out they had the part in stock (WOW) … fixed my phone and I was out of there in an hour.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will come here again if needed! Thanks!!! :)

Hung was INCREDIBLE. He did everything within his power to try and get my phone to work. He tried different screens on my phone, different batteries, and once we realized my phone was shot he even wanted to try and recover whatever information he could off the logic board. Best of all, after everything he didn’t charge me a dime. Miraculously, after letting my phone sit all weekend it turned back on Monday morning but I am convinced it was something Hung did. Next time I have ANY issues with my phone I’m definitely headed there first.

He was able to dry out my non-​verbal son’s Samsung tablet after it got wet. It is his only way to communicate.
Hung did it same day, without an appointment!

If you are looking to get your HTC repaired, this is NOT the place. Nonetheless, the guy I spoke with was VERY knowledgeable and friendly, given that he wouldn’t be gaining my business. He also gave me some FREE swag w/​the business contact info on it (only asked for a business card that he didn’t have at that time). My wife has a Samsung product, so I will definitely go to this business FIRST when/​if my wife has any issues w/​her phone.

Dropped my phone (ancient samsung S3) and the screen flickered and died. After some searches and a friend who used pcs connection recommended, decided to treck up to Convoy to get my phone fixed. They didn’t have my part in the store but had it in the warehouse. They were able to answer my questions and revived my phone in a few hours plus putting on a better screen protector. The whole experience was rather painless and efficient. Thanks to all the other Unilocalers for their reviews. Hope to never use their service or at least not anytime soon but I’ll know where to go next time! :)

Galaxy S4 charge port replaced, one hour, $ 65. Friendly service, easily worth the 5 star reviews including mine. (1) They are professional and knowledgeable, (2) Price is right, (3) Super friendly service with a smile. I looked at 4 or 5 repair sites on Unilocal and this one is the BEST. Go here and know you are getting a quality and quick repair.

After reading the reviews on Unilocal,I decided to visit the guys at PCS. After getting a quote over the phone, I took my iPhone with a smashed screen to them. The guys were super friendly and upfront about costs and what was involved. They were quick with the repair, getting it finished within the hour and gave me a great trade in rate for an old phone and the repair. Really pleased we came here, highly recommend them to friends and will be back in a few weeks for my broken iPad.

Nice, easy to get to and affordable phone repair. Took a smashed iPhone 5s to these guys yesterday. They provided an accurate quote over the phone and provided a quick turn around in the repair. Shop is clean and bright in a nice shopping center. They have some seats for customers who want to wait with a TV to watch which was nice although I just dropped it off and picked it up later. If I ever find myself in San Diego in need of phone repair, I’d come back to PCS Connection.

I can’t remember the last time I left a business feeling so incredibly impressed by the employees there. I brought my water damaged phone in, as well as a couple of older cracked ones I had, just in case the waterlogged one couldn’t be fixed. Hung was soooo ridiculously patient, he explored all my options with me to help me decide on what would be the cheapest.
Since I opted to stay and wait, I overheard many customer interactions, and I have got to say I was like completely blown away by how full of integrity these guys (Hung and Raul) are. Super knowledgeable, super honest, super personable, just really high-​integrity guys.
I’m never trusting anyone else with my phone ever again. I know that if I come here, I’m going to get intelligent, straight-​shooting answers, quality work, the lowest price, and personable, professional customer service. What more could anyone ask for?

This place really is a really great cell phone repair shop. They’ve got a great attitude and you can tell they really know what they are doing and are able to perform really low level and involved jobs.
PCS charged $ 40 for the repair. I should also note that they charge tax on the labor in addition to the replacement part. I got quotes from other well rated cell phone repair shops which came in lower but PCS indicated they wouldn’t apply the charge unless the fix actually worked.
I was impressed on how fast they were able to complete the work. I brought a Nexus 5 phone into to replace a problematic power button. Hung was already familiar with the issue and was able to remove and solder a new power switch onto the motherboard within 15 minutes. It’s also impressive that they had this replacement part on hand. Most places won’t stock such specific parts.

My dad’s iphone5 wasn’t charging so we brought it over to get it checked out. When we got there, the nice man who helped us found a piece of lint in the charger port of our phone. He was very informative and provided great service! Will definitely be coming back again and recommending my friends here.

I did not have any repairs done here but still feel a five star review is warranted. I called this place after I dropped a stapler on my still newish iPhone and cracked the screen very badly. :-(. When I explained the issue, the guy who answered my call told me they could repair it BUT actually recommended I go to the Apple Store because it would be cheaper and they’d use OEM parts. Such honesty is unfortunately rare in business these days! So I hope I don’t have any phone issue but I would recommend this business hands down.

Extremely fast and awesome service! These guys are fantastic! My husband had a shattered iPhone screen and they literally repaired it in less than 10 minutes! So glad we found this place! Highly recommend coming here! Thanks guys!

This place is amazing. I went in here one time for a battery replacement, went to lunch for 25 minutes, and was already done when I got back. Contrast this with all the BS involved in booking an Apple Store appointment and waiting for the repair there.
Just today I went in for replacement of my camera lens on my iPhone 6, which is a somewhat difficult repair (and rare as sapphire is very hard to crack). Unfortunately the Apple replacement part from another phone (that they said they were installing) wasn’t fitting well in my phone, so about all they could do was replace from an aftermarket lens. Because of this, they did the repair completely for free. I insisted on paying, but they wouldn’t allow it. My iPhone is completely fixed, takes amazing phones, and merely from having an aftermarket lens instead of an Apple one (which seems just as great to me), the entire repair was free to me.
Some of the most honorable and amazing service people I’ve ever interacted with. I’ll definitely be going back, and continue to recommend them to my friends.

Needed a phone charger after the dog got to it.
Was prepared to drop $ 30-​something bucks (if not more) at Verizon.
Nope.
This place had it for $ 20 and even had the un-​Apple version («aftermarket» aka off-​brand) for cheaper. In & out in less than 3 minutes.
Keep your eyes peeled for this place or you’ll miss it. Very small store in the corner of a small shopping center. Keep an eye out for Hobby Lobby — it’s right next door.

It’s’ very infrequent that an establishment has ⁵⁄₅ stars. My brief experience with PCS Connection continues to confirm their excellence.
I have the typical story of inadvertantly dropping my phone and cracking my screen. In a OCD panic, I need to have the screen fixed RIGHT AWAY for anything not ‘perfect’ in my eyes creates anxiety for me. After calling a few stores in town, I called PCS Connection. The gentleman on the phone quotes me greater than $ 200 for my repair and explained why the cost was so expensive. In the end, he advised that my phone is nearly 3 years old and recommends me just getting a new replacement phone. His honesty is a sign of genuinity and that this business isn’t out just to get a dime out of out. 5 stars for superb customer service.
