Minuteman is everything you want in a printer. Amazing customer service, great quality printing and competitive pricing. Mike was so great to work with, even for a small $ 57 job.

Mike and Anne have won me over from internet printing for good. I was using some online services, but the prices and service I get from Minuteman Press downtown are far superior. I do my own designs, but being an amateur I don’t know what the final print is always going to look like. With advice from the staff I’m able to get professional results on the first try.

The whole story: I just walked in with an emergency project and one of the co-​owners, Anne Sappington was eager to help me. She said it was impossible, but would see what she could do to have it ready in less than 24 hours at the Christmas rush time. No promises. I got a call within an hour and said that she would make it work. The layout and design, wording and colors were given to her“impromptu” in about 5 minutes. She «was tracking, on every levaL and the result was, not only exactly how I wanted it, but better than I ever dreamed. I would never think of going anywhere else for she made the impossible. happen.!. She was totally sweet, sincere and professional.

No order too small is right. When I told them the size of my order which was just 50 church flyers, I didn’t think it was going to be accepted. However, they did accept it. The work was completed timely and at an inexpensive cost. I was very much pleased when I went in to pick up my completed order to see the magnitude of work and thoughtfulness they gave. Moreover, I was really appreciative of how they helped me with extras. I would recommend you start with Minuteman Press first in your search to get a printing job done. This will save you time and effort when you need a job done in a certain amount of time. You’re going to get great customer service from folks who care about what they do!

I ordered business cards here and approved a proof that had the wrong phone number. I frantically called and emailed to stop the printing but Mike said that they had already printed. He sent me an email that had the correct proof and said that since there was a delay in the proof sent and cards made, he wouldn’t charge for the incorrect ones they printed. They are very professional and I really appreciate the fact that he didn’t charge me even after I approved the wrong number. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

This guy saved my ass from having to walk 2mi to the post office to get envelopes. He was so friendly, and allowed me to use his table/​chair as an «office space» to get all my papers together. He also lent me his whiteout. Right next to the court house, it’s fast and convenient-​unlike the court of law itself.

Great service, very prompt and takes consideration for my needs! I would recommend this business to all for huge or tiny jobs. I have a small carpet cleaning business and they can handle all my paperwork needs whether its a few flyers or 10,000 invoices, etc. Thanks guys…
