Mr Jingle Christmas Tree’s is located very conveniently in Downtown San Diego across from the Ralph’s and in adjacent to the Horton Plaza mall.
The Xmas trees were better priced than Home Depot and had awesome service from the guys working the front this past weekend. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

WORST service I have ever had. Went to the tree lot purchased the tree that I wanted and asked if it could be delivered that day, they said «sure». One guy shows up to my house and says «hope you are feeling strong», being the nice person that I am, I helped. Then when we finally got it into my place he made me hold this 8 foot tree up by myself while he screwed in the tree stand. It was very un sturdy. Then he left and acted as if I was supposed to give him a tip. Two days later after my tree was fully decorated, it came crashing down out of nowhere. Damaged things in my condo and broken ornaments everywhere. I called the number on the website, left a message and no one called me back. DO NOT waste your money here. Worst experience ever!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the trees and assisted me in finding the perfect tree as well as securing it to my car. I will definitely be coming back to see them year after year. Thank you Mr. Jingles.
One negative: I went to buy my tree after my family and I had finished thanksgiving dinner, but the Balboa park location closed early due to no customers. This was a bummer as my family and I were very excited to pick out our tree after thanksgiving dinner as we usually do. Instead we postponed our tradition for the Saturday after thanksgiving.
