My Kid’s Dentist & Orthodontics

Brought my 19month old to his first dentist appointment this morning. Chose this place because of the location and knowing that the first appointment would be fairly simple, it would give us a good feel about the dentist.
My son did a great job with the dentist. No crying, no wiggling… But of course, the appointment was 10 min, 5 of which were informational. The dentist was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and seeming caring. Lots of praise, which my son and I both needed to hear. This is comforting. I think he has his dentist!
Plus, he left with an electric toothbrush he’ll eventually use to get use to the noise of the dental tools. And he also got a balloon sword… Uh, dentist that makes balloon animals… Multi-​talented– amazing!
So the reason for the 4 instead of the 5 stars: initially when I calked to make an appointment, my call went to their affiliated phone center. Even knowing their exact name didn’t help the operator from sending me to the wrong location. When I ended up having to call 2 more times. When I finally talked to someone to get me to the right place for an appointment, I spoke to someone that sounded stressed or overworked. She was in a hurry to get my info without listening to what I was giving her. Had repeat myself several times. Anyway, I stopped by and got their card. They do have a direct line. Different from what is posted on Unilocal.Not sure if that have a procedure with their numbers but here is the direct office 858.900.3541.
