Panera Bread

Never go to this Panera bread. I am a frequent customer here, and always find myself disappointed. It all began when they first opened, and this boy was shoving flyers down my throat, I reluctantly obliged and took the flyers. I then found myself coming to this store every so often, always lousy service and stale food. but today it was the straw that broke the camels back. my friend and I each got a salad to go. I am vegan, and got mine without chicken. the first red flag was when the salad costed this SAME with chicken or without. so basically we paid 10 $ for lettuce, and my friend didn’t order chicken in hers either. after waiting an awful long time, we got our food and headed home. as we lie in bed ready to watch our highly anticipated movie, we each get our salads and find chicken inside them!!! 20 $ down the drain. they completely disregarded our orders and gave me chicken. I don’t eat chicken! and in addition to the chicken, they added avocado which I did NOT want either. after spending 20 minutes fishing out the chicken from my salad, all that was left was a few leaves of lettuce and perhaps some pepper. also the unwanted avocado residue still remained despite my efforts to rid my salad of it. I was further dismayed to taste their disgusting chips.
