Office Depot

Came here to purchase a pack of binding combs and covers for my documents. I was about to spend $ 20 on a set and Sarah (cashier) told me to walk over to the Print/​Copy center because it’ll be cheaper since I only had two sets of documents to be binded. So instead of paying $ 20, only ended up spending $ 6! Woohoo!

Very helpful staff. I went to get a print of 12×12 and also a canvas print. Kelly who was helping us with the order was very helpful and patient, she handled everything very nicely and neatly
They are much cheaper and have good quality prints compared to some famous websites

What a friendly staff full of people who care about the customer. They are always there for you when you need assistance. The manager was able to direct me where I needed, and then there was someone waiting for me to make sure I was getting there ok. And they can even check you out on their little handheld computer. How convenient.

Sometimes the employees here can be annoying always asking if you need help.
I had a weird experience here the other day. The cashier rung me up and I paid and everything. He put my items in a bag and I was waiting for my bag then he starts putting it aside. WTF?!
Other than that. this location is ok. You can easily get help if you need it. If you buy something in a big box they actually offer to help you get it in your car.
They have really good deals on school supplies around late August.

This has been my go-​to store since it opened for all of my office supplies. Always good service and some good buys.

Every time I come here to mail a package I regret it. Both human and computer service is so slow ice ages have happened faster. I once spent over 20 minutes waiting while two staff failed to figure out how to send a package to England (apparently listed under United Kingdom). Today it took literally over 5 minutes for the sales associate to even reach the login screen on the Office Depot mail application. All he said during that time was that the computers are really slow and maybe another staff member was @running something large”. Staff are unwelcoming and avoid eye contact if you’re waiting in line. I have yet to manage to mail any package in under 15 minutes. Note to self: it may be closer than the post office but it’s still not faster.

Best service in the print and copy area! I regret all of the agonizing times I went to the one on Carmel Mountain!
They attend to you right away, they don’t just let you stand there. They genuinely want your prints to look nice and will fix it for you. They care if you’re waiting a little long. This kind of service doesn’t exist in the other office depot locations.
Ben is awesome! I would refer him to anyone! He edited my invitations so that they were centered. I was shocked that he took the time to fix my photoshop mistake.
I also had Jovi help me once. She was great and made sure to ask before cutting anything. She’s very sweet and we had a great conversation.

I forgot to mention that I left my USB stick here and as I was about to drive off, two employees ran outside waving their arms for my attention just to give it back before I left. I love that they brought it out to me instead of waiting to see if I would come back or call them. They are AWESOME!

My church is planning an event later this month, and we needed a thousand flyers printed up. We called around, and found out that Office Depot had a deal where we could get them done for under 70 bucks (Staples and FedEx charged 10 cents a page).
Not only did we get our flyers printed in under 5 minutes, the staff packaged them in several boxes for us! Very nice and professional staff at this location, even if it’s out of the way.
Also, I found out that they carry the printer ink size for my photo printer! Score!

Super quick shopping trip and the staff did great checking up on me and guiding me to the products in question! Found exactly the products I needed at great prices. Best part of the experience is that I had the options on how to receive my receipt… Email please! Way to be green OD!

3 weeks ago I was designing Tshirts for the breast cancer walk I joined. I had designed these logos to be printed on iron transfer paper but because they were iron transfers, I needed to print my logo from a printer that did NOT have a heat element in it. SUPER hard to find these days!
I went to Office Depot for help. Their high capacity machines have heat elements so I needed a desktop laser printer. I was helped by the manager Ben who walked me through their floor model laser printer area looking for a printer that would A) take my thumb drive with logo on it and B) find a printer with ink. We didn’t have any success but Ben stayed with me for more than 30 minutes trying to help me out.
I appreciate the dedication!
P. S. I was able to find a laser printer (my Grandma) and Tshirts were made and breast cancer walk was a success.

Great service, try help you once you get in and make sure you get what you come here for. They have a service print center which is cool. A lot of selections of different computer items to choose from also. I like that their device is excellent and they help to make your shopping experience better!

Service is great, especially being in the business district…

This is where I usually go for our business office supplies. It’s right down the street and they’ve taken good care of us for the last 4 years! The store is clean, the staff is friendly and we’ve never had any problems!

Waited for somebody at the empty register for 5 minutes. I picked up a magazine to see how long it would take the guy in the business center to call a cashier up front, never did. Good thing I didn’t have to go anywhere or I would of embarrassed that dude at the business center.
When somebody finally showed up I said «it was nice waiting for you, I’m just here waiting for someone to show up» as I put the magazine away.

Been coming to this location for twenty years. Wonderful and courteous staff. Some employees been there since 90’s. You can always talk to the manager and ask for a discount on high ticket items. Probably the best office supply store in San Diego — thanks guys!

I love this location and the staff is great! I was inside Office Depot for about thirty minutes and was asked if I needed help by 3 different employees! I was able to find everything I needed and more. I love being a «member» because they always send discounts, coupons and im all up on those.
The prices are very reasonable. I go there for all my office needs.
While there, I did however walk out with a digital camera! They matched prices of their competitors, so I saved gas and money going to an electronics store to scoop up a camera.

I’ve become a big fan of the Office Depot location in Miramar. Usually, I have an idea of what I want when I go into a store and prefer to just go about my own business.
However, at the Office Depot in Miramar, they always offer to help… sometimes as you are entering the store and other times as you are browsing around. Over time, I’ve come to rely on their assistance. They help me quickly find what I’m looking for and they provide advice on products as necessary.
It is nice to go into a store where people remember your name and offer a friendly smile. The staff have worked there a while and so they provide the feel of entering a small town retailer while offering the resources of a major company. The Office Depot in Miramar offers a perfect blend of selection and service.

The people who work here are all very helpful in a personal way. No matter what, all of the salesmen seem to be pretty knowledgeable whether it be an office chair, computer, printer, or even a specific type of pen. They also fix computers in no time…
These guys really do know what they’re doing, and i’ve seen it due to working in the area and stopping in frequently.
