Rude lady (blonde lady with a bob haircut, possibly the Mgr) who did my return and tried to mask the lecture with a pleasant tone. Just because you say things in a sickly sweet tone does make you any nicer. I returned an unused foundation and unused eyeshadow that she went on to lecture me that they will have to throw them out now. Great. Not my problem but both were never opened. She advised me that next time I should get samples. Well, it was for someone else who changed their mind. I will not be back!!! Please don’t lecture someone for several minutes before doing a return. It’s tiresome at best!

Warning: they only have a few items for men and their prices are really high.
Try to wait for a good sale or use a coupon.

Helpful staff, not pushy, great products for sensitive skin. Pricey but long lasting, rich face candy which may have some nutritive value. All I know is my face loves it like no other.

I love Origins. The products are pricey, but they are worth it. The associates are friendly and helpful with product knowledge. They offer free facials and products/​promos at times.
I usually get the promos as a preferred customer for either $ 10 off or getting free samples. They also have a program to recycle your empty cosmetic containers, which is a great way to help with our environment!

I’ve tried few of their products and have only really stuck with one of their products. I have sensitive skin and need to read the list of ingredients of any product that I apply onto my skin.
Origins Plantidote Mega-​Mushroom Face Cleanse is very mild, it’s not so much of a heavy creamy facial cleanser, but extremely light. There is no residue, my skin felt clean and super soft. this product keeps my skin looking it’s best.

I used to like their moisterizer, but not soo much anymore after discovering Biotherm. Their salt scrub is still definately one of my bathroom staples. I use it on my legs and it exfoliates and leaves them soft and moisterized!
