Eddie was awesome. Had an 11′ single pole palapa with artificial thatch installed right by the pool. Looks awesome. Palapa looks like it’s out of a tropical magazine. High quality wood and stain with it matted for perfection. Couldn’t be happier. Eddie even built it around (and cut open to fit) my metal table for no charge. 100 percent recommend to anyone

Our research for a palapa lead us to Eddie and The Palapa Guy. We had an old structure in our back yard and through Eddie’s creative thinking and vast knowledge of his business of building palapas, we now have an authentic looking palapa. His crew was hard working, detailed oriented and cleanup after completion was superior. What used to be an eyesore of an old lattice work structure is now a cool and appealing palapa that has character and a positive topic of conversation when entertaining guests. Awesome work and service! Eddie is a true Professional at what he does and his ideas are always ahead of the game. With decades of experience under his belt, he will replace, repair and refinish any old palapa on site in a breeze. From hundreds of palapa jobs all around Southern California to restaurants and attractions like the Wave House in Mission Beach San Diego, his décor designs are truly well done and out of this world. He will turn your ordinary backyard into an extraordinary paradise retreat! You’ll think you’re in the south pacific! Doesn’t get any better than PalapaGuy in SoCal.
