!!! Heads up!!! I have no problem with other ethnic groups and all in this review are jokes!!! Honestly this is one of my most decent restaurants I go to the most, and I must say that America has done a good job getting the Vietnams to work for us after so long… Wait, it’s Chinese? Oh, then this restaurant is one of the most family friendly places I will see a while until the homeless start invading it like it did with McDonald’s. Now the food is simple as fatty delicious as any American rooted restaurant would serve and is as Chinese as I am a stereotypical white man, and I haven’t recently have any hatred against gays or have incest appeals. You have to chose the food fast or the Chinese people(that I assume the owners put to keep the racial flow) will really let you have it with there wise talk and Buddha crap, I’m a man that needs to get that new overwatch game every f***boy is talking about, don’t have time for that s***. Now the usual Panda Express is pretty clean as the Chinese come and use there extreme intelligence and tolerance to clean the h*ll out of the floors. So I’ll give this place 5 starts(should have been 1 but the one employee that criticize how I’m unable to properly use a chop stick, damn person has no acceptance of other races, what an American.)

Don’t waist your time on the long lines, cold food and tiny portions. This location serves tiny portions! There food is old and cold and the lines in not exaggerating. They’re long. I ordered steamed rice and vegetables and since the dish was practically empty and older Asian man I’m assuming the owner just ignored it and asked the cook he needed more veggies, but he didn’t wait and he just gave me the steamed rice? And yes he herd and understood me.

I’m a frequent customer of panda express, and I know how good it usually is. This place needs new management. The 2 stars is because I keep coming back, my own addiction. But, in saying that, I get to see how they never have any food ready, ever. I’m writing this as I just left without getting anything because they only had 2 items ready. I’m sorry, there are like 15 things to choose from, I shouldn’t be stuck with just 2. This store is always like that though. The employees are very nice, just not good at operating a panda express.

This morning i was there and took fried rice, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, I was very disappointed of the food the orange chicken was hard and totally dry, I usually go to panda but never experienced these type of ORANGE chicken, and the service was good the staff are polite and respond for all the questions.

Hands down, the most vile Panda Express I have ever visited. There was no fresh food; only nasty, dried out bits left in the pans. When asked for fresh food, the staff still gave us the old stuff anyway. This was after waiting for what seemed like an eternity. Worse, there were 3 strands of long hair in my son’s dried out shrimp and noodles. We looked at our«food» and threw it away. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. There are far too many better options in SD to endure this one.

It’s ok but depends entirely on the employees at the time. Sometimes the portions are a small amount of noodles and 4 or 5 pieces of orange chicken. Last time I ate there(middle of the day) there were only 4 items available but not really crowded at all. It’s close, the reason I go to this particular one.

When we went there for lunch it was very crowded. Unfortunately the place is small with limited seating. But we go lucky and got a table. Both of my partners got their food right away while I had to wait for the helper to run the cash register before she could get back to me. My order was fine. However, one of the people I was with order was terribly messed up. We had to go back and get it right. Also, being small it was very loud. Hard to hear each other.

Hit or miss. Come at peak times to guarantee fresh refill. Orange chick. Beijing beef and chick teriyaki are staple. Not sure if I’m liking the new recipe for fried rice minus d egg Staff friendly.

I am very surprised with some of the negative reviews. I have never been a huge fan of Asian food but I recently came to Panda Express with some coworkers. I was extremely surprised with the quality and taste of the food, as well as the fast and friendly service. I definitely recommend checking out this restaurant, I think you will enjoy their food and the great service

I don’t know if it was because it is a Sunday morning and it says open at 11AM but they really mean 11:07AM. The store was so late in opening and when they did open the doors half of the food wasn’t even cooked yet and I wanted chow mein and she said six minutes it would be ready but be prepared to wait 18 minutes they were so not prepared for the day. I love panda express and the food is good but the service and reliability of opening up at 11AM on a Sunday was not there.

Always a friendly staff and it’s close to my work. Well was ha. The food is a bit under par tho. No thanks, I won’t be going again when the chicken is soggy and Luke warm.

Went to panda during the lunch rush at noon. Good was fresh and the line went pretty quick. The employees are quick and efficient and I was surprised at how fast I got my food. I’ve been to many Panda Expresses during my lifetime and this Panda is on the top of the list as far as quality of food, freshness and quickness. I recommend this place to anyone who likes panda or is in the area.

Step up your game, Panda! Why does the freshly made stuff taste so bleh? Highly letdown with the food quality.

I like Panda Express, and I like this location, although I acknowledge I’ve only been there once, for lunch, when it wasn’t really busy. I like that they have the Tofu & Eggplant — not all locations do. It’s spicy, though — if you don’t like spice, don’t order it. I also liked the Chow Mein and the Beiging Beef. The service was fast and friendly — I had no problems whatsoever. They offered me soy sauce and chili sauce, and gave me plenty of packets. So much better than a cheap Chinese buffet — good quality food and not everything is deep fried!

I used to frequent this place. Now I know why I don’t go as much. The greeter/server did not pay attention to whom he was speaking to and called me sir. I felt a little offended. He quickly corrected himself and said ma’am. I barely heard an apology as he fumbled on his words. I went late in the afternoon, so it wasn’t busy at all. I still felt rushed. Probably due to the server speaking so fast. I ordered a simple one item bowl with half chow mein noodles and half veggies with firecracker chicken. It was good. Service could have been better. I just wanted something quick to tie me over.

It’s not any kind of mind blowing experience, but the food at least tastes good and the service is consistently quick. If you’re looking for American Chinese food to-go, this is a good option. On the down side, this specific location seems hell-bent on hiding the sauce packets from you. They keep them behind the counter and most of the time don’t even bother to ask if you want any. I’ve gotten home or back to work several times and then remembered that I didn’t get any. If you DO want it, you essentially have to beg for it. If you just say you want soy sauce, they’ll put in two packets and consider that good for your entire meal. Maybe it is. Maybe they’re worried about my salt intake. ;-) I’ve found that it’s easier to wait until the cashier walks away, then just reach across and grab what I need. Seating is pretty easy to find if you decide to stay there for the ambiance.

It was a bad experience. Old product mixed with new product. Johana R. Was being the opposite of nice. I witnessed her«Bully» Angelica and tell her to «shut up already» in front of us customers. After appearing frustrated Johana left to do another task and change the trash. Then Johana slammed trash can doors inside the store noticeably hard while during a dinner rush. She couldve easily explained her issue to us instead of imploding the vibe in the restaurant. Im kinda skeptical of attemping to go eat again after that incident. Unless the Team gets it resolved somehow. Order#: 116119

I looove Panda Express, but I have mixed feelings about this location. — Lunch is a horrible time to come here. Ridiculously busy. Long wait. Packed and just not pleasant. — Food is a hit or miss. It can be good or it can suck a**. Vegetables are normally not well seasoned, burned, or old. Fried rice has been lacking in flavor(and I normally love Pandas fried rice) and/or rice is hard. Their orange chicken always seems to be good though. — Servers can be stingy with portions, I know they go by a certain serving/weight, but here they give less at times or just give you all vegetables and less meat. — some of the servers lack customer services; slow, lacking personality, not smiling, taking their time, etc. — it’s normally kept pretty clean and well stocked — outdoor seating in the back is nice and shady — parking sucks here. Parking spaces are far too thin so you have people parking in two spaces or you find one and realize you can’t even open your door to get out. Overall, come at your own risk and avoid lunch here! 1 – 5 Appearance(place): 4 Appearance(food): 3.5 Service: 3 Taste: 2.5÷3 Mouth feel: 2.5÷3 Overall: 3 I’m sure I’ll be back, just not too often.

First of all, I RARELY eat Panda Express because it pretty much sucks and i don’t like americanized asian food. But I came to this location for the first time because its close to my work and everyone wanted chinese. SETTING: Very tight parking lot with tight parking spaces. Inside is bright and exceptionally clean. Very busy during lunch rush hour. SERVICE: Surpsingly fast service even though they were busy. FOOD: Brown Rice DRYDRYDRY !!! Tasted like microwaveable instant packaged rice. Also taste like a beginner trying to make brown rice at home for the first time. I’ve had some extremely amazing brown rice before at other restaurants and this is no where close it. Spicy Orange Chicken with Bacon No one told me that it was an extra 50 cent charge! Not like that is much of a big deal, but the orange chicken they gave me was OLD and have been sitting out for a long time. How can I tell? Because it was soggy, thick, chewy, dark colored and not appealing. Out of the whole dish, I had ONE piece of bacon and that bacon was GREASY. Honey Walnut Shrimp This is the only dish that I always get that is good. Shrimp is always crispy and creamy. Not over sauced. But I do wish there were more walnuts. Fried Rice Most panda express places I’ve been to, their fried rice have been dry as well, but this particular location on this particular day, it was actually good. A good amount of veggies and moisture. ONESTAR — Cleanliness and fast service TWOSTAR — This location actually gave me a lot of food. All other Panda Expresses that I have been too simply skimp out on portion size. I actually could not finish my plate this time.
