I’ve been buying my Rosca de Reyes(3 kings bread) at this Mexican Bakery for the last 4 years and I’m always satisfied with the price, availability, and taste. This business is a small business operated in an underserved community and doesn’t have the best look/image from the outside. But you are for a treat when you eat their authentic Mexican pastries. I highly recommend them and encourage you to support this small business. For Rosca, make sure you buy it early from noon to 6 pm so you can get your choice. They do sell out. The only problem with this business is that they do not accept credit cards, so bring cash! Enjoy!

…walking down Imperial one sunny afternoon, my nose led me into a small Mexican bakery that was flowing with the sweet scents of fresh baked goods! Turns out it was great timing, as the woman working was just pulling out some hot Conchas! Yea, imma grab a few of those! Theyve got all the official goodness up in this spot, fresh, tasty, and affordable! I filled up a bag with Conchas, Piedras, and a bunch of other fresh baked random treats – all for less than $ 5! That makes the belly and the pockets happy! Fear not Imperial Ave, just the right amount of grit to make me almost feel at home! This spot is not quite as good as my spot in Bridgeport on the East Coast, but its the best ive come across in SD. Unfortunately, they dont make a Guava Bornicano though!
