I am so bummed that I have to write this. Dr Goodman was a personable Dr. But his office billed my insurance and I almost $ 500 for a procedure he never performed. I was falsely charged for a endoscopy and never received one. If shining a flashlight in my nose is a $ 500 procedure, then I’m scared of what my other ENT who numbed me up and shoved a 18 inch camera down my nose is going to cost me. Watch out for false billing from this office.

If you’re looking for an ENT specialist look no further! Dr. Goodman is so kind and patient. I went to him when I was having an infection in my lips and he took such good care of me! He has a way of making you feel like everything is going to be fine when you’re worried about your health! He is also a very good listener! Highly recommend him!

I was in San Diego from out of town. My eardrum had ruptured on the flight to San Diego. Dr. Goodman saw me immediately– he was extremely thorough and diligent. He even had me come back from a follow up since i had to fly back in a few days. He did more tests and determined that I needed tubes in my ears in order to fly. He was absolutely correct. And he took away from his free time to do my surgery. I would HIGHLY recommend him. his staff was wonderful, caring and courteous as well.

Went to see Dr. Goodman today for an ear infection. He was marvelous! Easy to talk to, made me feel very comfortable. I was in and out of there in like 15 min. I would recommend him to anyone.

Grand Rapids, MI
I went to see Dr. Goodman for the 1st time yesterday. I have a very rare recurring tumor on my eardrum and since my old Dr. retired, I had to see a new one. I was really nervous about the visit. Dr, Goodman was so nice and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t have to wait very long and the staff was very nice too. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
