BREAKFASTFLATBREAD. Great for airport food. Restaurant quality food. The breakfast flatbread was large, filling and tasted great. Easily sharable between two people if wanted. Large common table in the back was great for our larger group, but don’t plan on seating for a large group.

Mmm… no thanks. Food was subpar and so was the service. Ordered a veggie flatbread pizza, pizza dough was uncooked, veggies were raw, cheese tastes fake and I think the pizza board may have had a soapy taste to it leached onto the pizza. Our waitress made the greeting motions of talking, but never made eye contact so it looked like she just wanted to get onto the next table or just get over with her day. Also ordered a quesadilla… which I guess was edible… You may want to consider going somewhere else!

Clean and surprisingly quiet. Super close to my gate so I didn’t feel rushed. As per my preflight ritual i ordered a Bloody Mary extra spicy. Though it was not spicy at all… the bartender made it extra strong which I am 1000% ok with! For food I ordered the breakfast flat bread pizza. Simply put… it was AMAZING!

I was killing time waiting for my morning flight… decided to grab a quick bite. The prado at the airport was only serving breakfast and only about 5 choices on the breakfast menu. I asked my server/bartender Cedar if anything is good. He enthusiastically said EVERYTHING but his personal favorite is the open faced egg sandwich. I said fine… Let’s do it… not really hungry or expecting much. Omg delicious… it’s like a lighter, eggs benedict which is one of my favorites. Great lemony parmigiano flavor. Served with tator tots which were crunchy and great. I’m soooo pleasantly suprised and this is nowone of my new favorites. Sorry for half eaten pic but really didn’t expect this to be so good I wanted to review. Good food… great friendly service by Cedar as well.

This location is a rip-off, even by airport standards. I ordered a glass of their«House» Chardonnay when I was passing through last week. The taste was watery and almost undrinkable(and I am seriously not picky) but I finished it anyways as my «liquid courage» before getting on the plane. When I got the receipt, it showed the wine was Tisdale brand and they charged me $ 9 for the 6 oz glass. I’ve seen this same wine in the grocery store for $ 3FORTHEWHOLEBOTTLE!!! My bad for not asking what brand it was before ordering and tasting it, but that still doesn’t justify a 1,100% markup. For $ 9 a glass I expect more than 2 buck chuck. Shame!

Avoid!!! Not sure how many people check Unilocal at the airport but if you are, I hope you read this. This place is pathetic. Issues: 1.) Ordered a to-go salad and a coffee @ 11am. NOCOFFEE. The waitress said that coffee is only for breakfast, they hadn’t made any in two hours, and suggested I go to Petes instead. I hope the owner of this place sees this and see what their staff is doing. First, I’m pretty sure that the two cups of coffee I would have had would have paid for pot. Second, it takes 30 seconds to make. Third, SERIOUSLY? 2.) The salad. Gas station quality at Prado prices. It was the«Large» but would be considered a small side salad anywhere. Few tiny pieces of overcooked chicken. And it was $ 16. Atrocious. 3.) Fruit flies. Everywhere. The second I opened my salad(flight delayed so at the Prado), they attacked. Makes me wonder what is in back.

I tried ordering a Prado Caesar salad just after 9:30 a.m. on a Thursday and was told by the bartender that they only serve breakfast at that time.(He said I could order at 10:30, but I’m off to Chitown at that time.) Interestingly, I asked for the Prado(Moscow) mule at the same time, and the bartender happily prepared the drink. Alcohol is perfectly fine at 9:30 in the morning, but apparently ordering a salad at that time is a sin. Priorities are in order at The Prado. The food ordered by other patrons looked good, but way overpriced. This is San Diego, not LAX or MIA. My mule tasted fine, but it’s pretty hard to mess up such a simple drink. Prado, I probably won’t be back.

The portions looked massive for an airport breakfast spot. I saw someone order the breakfast flatbread and it looked delicious, but probably just too much to eat before getting on the flight. I opted for the tater tots which were a nice option. $ 6 for a massive pile of tots. Plenty of drink options too.

Great staff here; our bartender Jennifer was very nice and attentive. We came here to relax before our flight. We had a few beers(try the local IPAs!). They have a pretty decent draft list, and then more options in bottles. We didn’t try the sangria, but we did watch them make it by scratch! They said its a pretty big hit there, which I’ll keep in mind for next time. We ordered a side of French fries just to absorb some of the beer. They’re delicious! Great crisp, and well seasoned. Lastly, I love the décor. Really cute look to the place. I loved the stucco look and the writing on the walls. The little plants in the window are adorable too.

I must first start by saying that we love the Parada in Balboa Park. When we came to the airport to embark on our venture to Cancun Mexico and saw there was a Prado restaurant in the airport, We were excited! We had a Moscow Mule. And then we enjoyed the calamari steaks. They were both delicious. I highly recommend this as a place to stop and enjoy a delicious meal

Prado At The Park Airport: Doesn’t really roll off the tongue, but it doesn’t really need to — just serve good food and strong drinks and you’ve got me! After a lackluster experience at Stone’s airport location I still had an hour and a half to kill in terminal two. I wandered over to the less beautiful side of the terminal, past a bunch tired travelers, tacky gift shops, Panda Express and ended up at Prado. It was crowded, but not packed. Rumbling, but not loud. Energetic, yet laid back, and exactly what I was looking for — I parked my butt at the bar and ordered a drink. «Would you like to make it a double for $ 5.00 more,» she asked. Oldest trick in the book! You know what? I did! Bring it on, I do have a good chunk of time to kill anyway. Seeing that Stone left my tummy aching for more I glanced at the menu with the intention of ordering only if something sounded light yet appetizing enough. The small grilled chicken chopped salad fit the bill so I jumped in. True to airport service standards my salad was in front of me in a matter of minutes. With Napa cabbage, shredded carrots, shredded snow peas, sliced mango and chicken, this lightly dressed, small portion proved to be the perfect hold-me-over. Pricey yes, but that is the world of airport eating and drinking. That being said, Prado At The Park Airport is your best bet when killing some time in SAN’s T2.

Lovely stopover in the airport with beautiful delicious flan with fresh berries, great coffee and all nice attentive staff. Has a restaurant ambiance and service even though fast as is necessary for airline travelers. Hope to go to the restaurant in Balboa Park for a full dinner in our next visit.

Food is good but very disappointed in service. Not once did the waitress check on me. Checked on everyone else. I guess that’s what you get more being a minority.

Nice atmosphere. I think the food selection is limited. The appetizer I ordered was a little«off» but they did make it right! Service was good!

The Cohn Family has done it again! This restaurant has it all: great food, great ambiance, and an excellently trained staff. We are there for dinner and the night manager was awesome! He even stopped by to make sure we enjoyed our meal. The food was great too. We had the flatbread(which is HUGE), shrimp and lobster potstickers(unbelievable), and the calamari fries(probably some of the best calamari I have had). For a minute I actually forgot I was in an airport. I travel a ton for work and will definitely be coming back. The San Diego airport had really stepped up their game with the local fare. Very happy!

If I order a beer at least ask me what size and don’t just give me 23 oz. Because If I order a beer at least ask me what size and don’t just give me 23 oz… #DesperateForSales
