Progressive HVAC

These guys are professional honest and do excellent work. I highly recommend their a/​c service. They are prompt and have competitive prices. We do the air duct cleaning for them and their customers have been happy with their heating and air installations, no complaints. I Highly Recommend this company and Adrian. I only refer the best.

As a Property Manager, I called Progressive Heating & Air asking them to check my owners condo A/​C. The tenants said it was not working. They came by in about an hour and told me it would cost $ 400.00 and that they could not start to work on the A/​C unless I gave them my credit card. After they «Fixed» it, it stopped working after 2 days. My tenants were upset and Progressive sent out their 2 guys, who were very polite, and that was when they told me that the compressor and condenser was old and won’t work. If they had to tell me in the beginning, then my owner could have decided to get a new A/​C. The A/​C is not working and my owner is out $ 400 and has to get a new A/​C.

I called Progressive HVAC at 4:00 on Monday, and they sent out a tech precisely at 7:15 the same day as promised! He was very polite and informative. In no time at all our A/​C was up and running better than ever. No need to shop around for service!

Adrian Alvarez and his crew were fantastic. They installed central heating and air in our 1928 house — no easy job. They were on time, worked non-​stop, were pleasant and respectful, and did a beautiful job on our home. The work was excellent, and the cleanup immaculate. The company was on time for the follow-​up fine tuning, and Adrian took care of the permitting process in an unbelievably timely fashion. After interviewing 7 companies, we went with Progressive HVAC, and were very pleased with every aspect of the process, including the price!
