Kevin and Glenn are the nicest guys you will ever meet! I called 2 pool service companies when I bought my house and the first one was awful so I was skeptical calling someone else. Kevin answered all my initial questions on the phone and Glenn came out right away to give me a consultation and estimate of new and updated equipment. Anytime I had a question, Kevin was just a phone call away. Even with the recent storms, Kevin helped me with all my questions related to my pool possibly flooding.
Glenn did great with installing my new heater and fixing the mess left behind by the old homeowner. He cleaned my filter as well, which was long overdue! He was thorough and explained everything to me carefully to ensure I was comfortable enough to care for my pool by myself. These guys are honest and are not trying to rip you off. They genuinely care about what they do!

Kevin and Glenn are great! They came to our place to clean our hot tub. We just recently moved in and we never owned a pool nor a hot tub before so I didn’t know how to clean and maintain it. They came to clean and explained everything that I need to know. I’ll definitely use their service again in the future.

These guys are awesome! They were the only pool company that actually had a real person pick up the phone instead of an answering machine (I called about 8 or so places). They sent someone out the same day to assess the problem and within one day had a replacement part at a decent price. Their tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Absolute pleasure working with this company. Glen did a great job! He was here on time, installed a brand new pool heater, fixed all my crappy wiring, put in a new timer, installed a new hot tub blower and even cleaned my filter. Couldn’t be happier.

Absolutely heartbroken this company does not provide pool service in Ramona. I have a rental property there and am in search of a trustworthy company to entrust my brand new pool to.
My experience with ProTouch Pool Service was all over the phone. I called on Friday to inquire about their services and Kevin called me back same day. After he told me his company did not provide service to Ramona, he took the time to give me vital information about what to look out for when it comes to hiring a good pool company.

We are new homeowners and this is the first time we had a pool. Needless to say we are a bit clueless on pool chemistry, equipment, etc. Recently I had the water tested by Leslie’s and the calcium levels were extremely high. That was very concerning to me especially since I have no prior knowledge with how the pool was maintained prior to us moving in last year. I called ProTouch and Kevin was more than willing to come out and perform an analysis of our water along with review a number of other concerns. After the work was done he sent a detailed email on our options along with recommended equipment and chemicals. I called him to discuss the email further and he spent more than an hour with me over the phone. I gotta say, most companies are not going to give you that amount of attention. He is so patient and explains things well. You can tell he really cares. I’m so impressed with his professionalism and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!!! Thank you Kevin!!!

I can’ t say enough about Pro touch. This is the second time that I have used them. When we bought our house Kevin spent over 3 hours going over the pool, how it works and what new items we will need to update our pool.
I tried to fix our pool problem by going onto Google. I tried everything that they suggested. Coudn’t fix problem. I did this for several hours and finally gave up. I called Kevin and explained the problems that I was having with the pool. Over the phone and within 15 minutes of trouble shooting the pool was working again. I can’t say enough about Kevin and Pro Touch. The fact that he spent time going over everything to fix the pool and didn’t have to come to my house was awesome. Now a days you don’t find people or companies like Kevin. Everybody is out to make a buck, but not Pro Touch. There concern was to take care of the customer. I can’t say enough about Kevin and Pro Touch. They are very knowledgeable about the pool systems and I will not use anybody but Pro Touch.

We called ProTouch to re plumb our pool equipment after I removed our old pool heater. While out, ProTouch did a free water test and spotted several issues with the water chemistry. I had them preform a phosphates/​algae treatment and come back for a filter cleaning. I’m taking the time to thank them for all of the great advice on how to better take care of my pool and water. I highly recommend them for being so fair and knowledgeable.
