My company has used Red Truck for our fire extinguisher certifications for over 15 years. We have had other companies try and push their services on us for even cheaper rates, but none of them can offer the $ 2 million insurance that Red Truck.
We NEVER remember when to have the extinguishers checked. If the extinguishers didn’t work because they weren’t charged, our warehouse were to burn down in flames and I could easily say it’d be my fault. That is why I am so thankful when Kim walks in the door and just gets to work. I know I can rely on this company to keep us certified and up to date.
Plus, they always bring me Tootsie Pops. I’m a customer for life.

Our office has used Red Truck Fire & Safety for our inspection and certification services for the past several years, and there is a reason we keep coming back to them: excellent and professional customer service. They have always been forthcoming with all of the work they have performed at our building regarding timing, pricing, and necessary work. Their staff is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful to offer suggestions or services that we were not previously aware of. They are always eager to work with us to resolve any issues that arise, and skilled at getting the job done properly and efficiently. One of the things I appreciate most about this company is that they keep our inspection schedule and contact us when we are due for service, and conduct all certification and Fire Marshal communications on our behalf. Thanks to Red Truck, we are always ready to pass Fire Department inspections, and, most importantly, our building is fire-​safe. We will continue to use Red Truck for our fire safety needs as long as we can.

Im writing for our company ConfirmBio Science, the service rep was nice and on time, and the price was great.

This company is SO unethical. They will enter your building without your permission, recharge and certify your extinguisher and then send a HUGE bill. I’ve repeatedly contacted their office and specifically asked that they not come to our office. I called again this Monday and told them that we have a different company maintaining our extinguishers, and told them that they lost our business because they were too pushy, and then today a service technician came in to inspect our extinguishers. I mentioned my phone call and he said that he saw it in his notes that I’ve requested that they not come to our office again and yet they continue to push. HUGE pain in the rear. I wish these guys would just go away.
