Multiple times this kiosk is full so either drive even more out of my way or rent another movie… Check my pictures later…

At first I LOVED it… so close… then I had to return a movie and pick up a movie ordered on line which has to be at the kiosk you ordered it at… go there and the machine is broken with a woman on the phone talking to Redbox customer service… hearing this woman it was VERY Clear that the Redbox representative did not speak english well or was very dumb… or both. Making this a shorter story… in the same week after that mess I go to return another movie and the kiosk is DARK. turned of… I made special trip to return on time and so I called them again… their reps are from phone centers in other countries using voice modification… they do seem to not be able to monitor their systems to know that a kiosk is down and ask a the saem stupid questions over and over again. I told her the kiosk had no power… it wasn’t turned and the screen was black… to which she replied, «so were you able to return your movie»… Redbox sound good the convenience is an illusion when you have defective kiosks 2 out of 3 visits in the same week…
