I went to this coffee shop to meet a client and discuss business. After ordering coffee, I was told that it would be right out. After about 15 minutes our coffee had yet to arrive, so I decided to ask the server about it. She was both apologetic and slightly confused. After clarifying our order, she did eventually bring it over. The coffee itself was good however I was not impressed with the service itself.

Hooray for Refresh! No, not that F5 button on your keyboard, but the lovely coffee hut at my office park. I was skeptical when I heard that Jackie’s Java, the previous tenant, was leaving. But Refresh is truly a good improvement over the old place. The prices are reasonable. A soy latte here is $ 3.40 versus over $ 4 at Starbucks; $ 1.75 for a medium (grande) coffee here versus $ 1.95 at ‘Bucks. Plus 50-​cent refills on coffee!
All of that is great, but what really earns the five stars are the baristas. Christina and Abby work most of the hours here, and they are PERFECT in this job. Even on a frigid 45-​degree morning, they are bubbly and fun. They always brighten my day.

I love these guys. You can’t go wrong with a ginger peach iced tea or one of their cold brews. Aside from the great drinks, the help is just as good.
