This is a horrible company to do business with! My credit card info was stolen, possibly off their servers, and I have not been able to get anyone on the phone to help me resolve my billing issues. I get the run around from people at the local centers and none of them seems to know the policies and procedures for day office use outside of your home office when you have a business platinum card. They turn your account over to a collection agency after it is 30 days past due even though it may be their fault that your credit card info was compromised! This is worse than working with a government agency. There is no accountability and no consistency.

Professional, top-​notch staff that goes out of its way to accommodate you. Priscilla and Toni always greet you with a smile and friendly attitude. Could not ask for anything more. Oh, by the way, the Mission Valley location is ideal; convenient and centrally located for your clients.

The staff at the Regus in Mission Valley are very friendly and make the atmosphere very inviting to work in. I would definitely recommend if seeking a office suite with all the amenities and a nice, diverse group of professionals.
