Alex first serviced our furnace, tested everything and found that it only needed a reset of the high limit switch. He fixed it quickly and didn’t charge for the service call. He explained what was happening but that it could also be a problem with the mother board. A few weeks later it stopped working again and he immediately came over and retested and showed me the problem and why we needed a new furnace. He offered a special price and replaced it the same day. Overall we really liked his knowledge, communication with us, promptness, and fair pricing. We would use him again in the future.

Recently had trouble with my heater. Reliable did a great job fixing the old heater, but it was too old to last long… It did work for a while but eventually over lived its lifetime. I called and they were on the case and replaced it. It wasn’t an easy job as the way it was installed and type of heater was an unusual one. It was a sat. and then found the correct/​unusual replacement and worked on it until completion. Clean, friendly and very expert. Really nice guys. The whole experience was a pleasure and rightly priced. Never had such an easy experience with any appliance repair etc.

My furnace burned out 4 days before Christmas with out of town family traveling to Cali to stay at my home for the holidays. I called at 2:00 p.m. on the 21st and Alex was at my home by 4:00! The next morning at 8:30 a.m., there was a very friendly and knowledgeable technician at my home to replace the unit, the fried electrical, and thermostat.
You just don’t get this type of quality customer service anymore and I would highly recommend this fantastic company. Very impressed, thanks guys.
