This company(if you want to call it that) deserves zero stars. They are a complete scam. My friend was one of the few weddings that they actually showed up to; so she suggested I give them a try for my upcoming Big Day. I figured, «Why not?!» The price seemed reasonable and the website looked legitimate; so I went ahead and booked with them. Justin Diaz(probably not even his real name) was very quick to contact me, and start the billing process. The first red flag was that he billed me $ 531 up front, which completely took me by surprise because their website states that the customer only needs to pay 60% of the total cost to save the date and the booth. When I questioned the billing, Justin explained that because it was a promotional cost, unfortunately, I would have to pay the full cost. He seemed apologetic; so I assumed it was just miscommunication amongst employees. WRONG! He then gave me a link to a form I needed to fill out, and send in 2 weeks before the wedding. This was all back in July, and our wedding isn’t until February. Come November, I realized it had been awhile since I had heard anything from Rok It Booth. I started to feel a little unsure of this vendor; so I decided to check Unilocal, and my jaw dropped when I saw all of these reviews. I was not going to deal with a sketchy company on my wedding day; so I immediately sent an email to Justin notifying him of my cancellation. No response. I sent another email, and another. Still nothing. I attempt calling him, and wouldn’t you know it? These despicable people have disconnected their phone lines. I was in complete disbelief. I tried to get my money back, but since I used a debit card there was nothing that the bank could do. $ 531 out the window… Money that could have definitely been saved or applied elsewhere in our wedding. I should have checked Unilocal from the get go. A very expensive lesson learned. I have filed a report with the BBB, and joined fellow Unilocaler, Eric, in his lawsuit against the company. I am also attempting to reach out to the media, but since I currently live out of state this is hard to do, especially to meet up for interviews. I suggest those of you looking to expose this sorry excuse for a business to write in to the news stations, and see if you can’t spark their interest on a potential scam story. It is reprehensible that they prey on couples and individuals planning events that should be one of the happiest days of their lives. Absolutely disgusting. At least I was able to catch on to these awful people’s scamming ways BEFORE my wedding day, and(literally) wasn’t left at the alter waiting for them to show up.

SCAMMERS!!! Did NOT show up to the event I coordinated this evening(July 13, 2013). No phone call. NOTHING. They(«Angela») even sent a confirmation email which stated their arrival time, hours of coverage and details. Can’t believe they are scamming couples like this on their wedding day. These people are sick. So glad my clients paid by credit card so they can get their money back. Don’t do it. Not worth the heartache.
