I’ve been going here since I moved into La Mesa over 10 years ago. Great family owned business now being passed down another generation. We love there pick up specials and always get treated like family. I’ll keep going as long as their doors are open!

Went here today after getting a thai massage. I was starvin like Marvin from Southpark. Had a large pizza with sausage. Was delicious! I’ll be back for sure! Too lazy to write a long review cuz I’m typing this on the Unilocal cell phone app.

Excellent place! Reasonably priced, great quality, great taste. I’ve ordered twice so far, pizza and manicotti and everything was fresh and delicious. The crust is so soft, and their marinara is so zesty! I love this place and am glad I found it.

My favorite Italian takeout/​delivery place! I have not tasted anything that I didn’t like. Everything so far actually taste amazingly delicious, not your average chain, but really good food! I had tasted spaghetti, lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, chicken parmigiana, cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, combo, veggie, antipasto salad, garlic bread. I even reheated cheese pizza the next day and still amazing. Best eggplant parmigiana– I almost forgot that it was an eggplant. The secret is the sauce is just authentic and the dough is just made right. Some pizzas from chain places just don’t have any good texture or flavor on the dough and also doesn’t reheat well. Their dough is not hard nor soggy, just right. Veggie pizza is fresh. Family feast is right serving– cheese pizza, spaghetti, lasagna, two salads, two soda, garlic bread less than $ 20, excellent deal. We’ve ordered so many times, the owner and his kids already knows us and delivery is speedy.

I love this place. Been going here since 07. I highly recommended this place. You can get a large pizza & a large salad for under 20.00. My family loves this place a lot… I rather give my money & business to Family owned businesses.

We were in search for a great pizza and decided to come back to a place that I used to love in the 80’s. This place has been around forever! When I entered I was a bit distracted at how unorganized or unthemed this place is. There are pizza boxes attached to their walls and I swear this is the same furniture from before. Red and black chairs. This is not the place to really sit and eat. The young man who assisted us was pretty funny. The pizza was done in a timely manner. When we got home I decided to have a slice even though it was not for me. The smaller part was good but the closer you got to the crust the cheese started tasting a bit strange. It was not bad but I am willing to bet it was aged past the expiration date. I think I will leave this place in the 80’s where it should have stayed. The prices are great. There is an awesome picture of Mob Wives on the wall, that’s a plus lol

Pizza is excellent! One of my favorite! The place is like a small mom & pop shop but even better. It’s Rolando’s best kept secret! Every time I order from here for a party/​potluck… everyone wants to know where is this place & is it new! But its been there for years & my family loves everything from their torpedo subs to their amazing Calzones! Not to mention my favorite is the spaghetti, id much rather it eat from here than olive garden. The workers are kind & I read a review who had a problem because they were Asian, they must be racist! Because they are hard working & always get my order on point!

What a great place for a pizza it’s very reasonable especially. if you come to pick it up great prices. Can’t be a large Pizza for $ 7.99 with 1 topping!
Their pizzas range from Small, M, L, X– large up to 28 inches. Also the full menu is very reasonably priced for families. YUM!

I have to start by saying that this is the most GHETTOOO!!! Pizzeria I’ve been too (and I come from the New York City area) I can’t judge this place by it’s pizza because I got 2 subs to go for me and my wife, first not to be racist or anything but asians owing and RUNNING a pizzeria named Rosaria’s to me is false advertisement. But that aside the subs we got were decent. Not out this world good but not nasty either they were just Good nothing wowing at all.
The only wow thing here is it’s cheap as F**k
2 subs 2 bottles of water for even $ 10.00.
8in sub is enough to fill your hunger and runs you about 3.99 guy offered me lunch combo for drink and 8in sub for 5.00 I said sure (lunch special was offered to me at 7pm Sunday night)
At the end of the day if your low on budget and want a cheap cheap cheap sub and are in the area stop by here it’s not no jersey mikes good but it’s definitely Better the subway. (Anything is better then subway)

I have come here since 2010, and they have never disappointed me. They make the giant pizzas for my birthday parties and they are never stingy with the topings. They’re hard to understand over the phone, the location is a bit ghetto, but I love their quality, and their prices are awesome for what you get too.

Absolutely the best pizza I’ve had in San Diego. Whenever my family visits this is a must have lol. Service is always fast and fresh. And surprisingly it’s REALLY CHEAP. Love this place. I’ve never actually been to it to see what it looks like but the delivery is always on time. I wouldn’t order the wings again though. They taste very store bought but the pizza is the bomb.

Only ordered a giant pizza with a request of light sauce and half cheese half pepperoni. They nailed it like a split hog. Like most giant pizzas quality vs. quantity on cheese and toppings.

The pizza was okay. I wasn’t crazy about it but I also didn’t hate it. Not sure all the reviews about the pizza being «New York» is accurate. I lived in NY and this is no where near a NY pizza. Delivery was fast and the price was affordable.

I really wanted to give this place 4 stars, but I am going to stick with 3.5 stars. Today I came by here because I heard that had a great calzone. I was have to say they have a good calzone.
The calzones are well priced. You can get a one topping one for $ 5.99 but I opt for the supreme for $ 9.99. It was filled with pepperoni, ham, sausage, salami, bell peppers, black olives, mushrooms, and of course mozzi. I was dissapointed, it did not come with rich ricotta. The calzone was a good size. (

) However, I felt that the inside ingredients were not the best I have had. Perhaps they were of the frozen variety. It was good, especially for the price, but certainly not the best I’ve had. That being said, it is a descent calzone and well priced.
The place is small with two tables. The employees were a little indifferent and did not seem to want to converse that much. The place is a little run down and could use some TLC.

I’ve been going here since I was in high school, I’m 24 now, and although this location seems kind of shady and iffy, the pizza there is actually really good. What’s even better is that the price is great! I can get a large pepperoni pizza with extra sauce on the pizza and the side for under 10 dollars, that is a steal.
Yes, I understand that the place needs a lot of TLC, but who says you had to eat there? Just pick it up and go. Duh!
