I give this place 0 stars(it says it 1 because I can’t give it anything less). I picked it because they provided airport shuttle service. I called ahead to set it up and they told me all I had to do was call when I landed and somebody would pick me up. When I landed and called, they told me no shuttles were available because the car was in the shop! Then I get to my room and there is hair in the shower, the towels are dirty and my bathroom floors have clearly not been cleaned. During the afternoon a false fire alarm went off which lasted a few minutes, no problem. At 3 in the morning the alarm went off for over an hour and nobody knew how to turn it off. The entire hotel including all of the guests were woken up and stuck outside or in the lobby for an hour and a half! I am checking out first thing in the morning and will never be returning here. At the very least I am hoping they compensate me and give me a full refund. I will post in the morning how things go.

We stayed here last weekend during my cousin’s wedding @ The Marina. Customer service from the staff was great and the hotel is clean. Navigating from the hotel to parking lot is a bit of a pain :[ & we also stayed here during renovation which actually, wasn’t a problem at all. I’m just majorly dissatisfied with the fact that they misled us to believe we were having a full hot breakfast.(YES it is THAT serious to me).I called in two weeks prior to our stay to confirm this and the front desk also assured my sister who checked in separately that breakfast was indeed«full hot» — which isn’t true because it is a continental breakfast. I dislike how small the set up is especially when it tends to get crowded — you gotta wait for one toaster and for people to pour their milk and that is annoying. Anyway — overall it was a good stay for the price but I would def get that breakfast situation fixed and make it easier to get around the hotel. Also, there’s the windows are super outdated. That’s all — but the hotel is cute!

They are renovating-no problem we can handle the dust but please be sure our room is ready. We switched rooms THREE times. There was something wrong with each room. No shower curtain, broken lock on door, no tissue in the bathroom, broken door frame, etc. There are 2 different room numbers on the doors(confusing). We were very kind about it and spoke with the same young lady each time. She was not apologetic and seemed like she didn’t care. We understand if the hotel is renovating but be sure the room is ready and work on the customer service. Try a smile or genuine apology. Very disappointed with this place.
