Sabre Springs Dentistry

I worked for doctor habibian as a student dental assistant a few yrs ago, and I would say Dr Habiban is a good person genuinely caring kind down to earth. I recommended my family to her. She always takes conservative approach and tries to save as much of original teeth as she can, very metculous and trustworthy, does not take shortcuts. Highly recommend!

This office seems extremely hesistant to work with new clients. We chose this office through our insurance plan for the outstanding doctor credentials and reviews, so this review is not a reflection of the doctors capability, but moreso her incompetant and extremely rude staff; specifically Loretta. My wife first called the doctors office after receiving an authorization to be seen early (before our plan was transferred to this office) because she was experiencing an extreme amount of pain from a cavity filling from our previous dentist. She called on March 9^th to schedule an appt at 2:47pm (yes, we have the call logs to prove it) and was given an appointment for today, March 16^th at 4pm. Although this was such a great amount of time for her to go through her dental pain, the doctors credentials seemed worthwhile. Well fast forward to today, not only was Loretta extremely rude and unaccomodating on the phone, but she did not have any record of my wife’s call or appointment. I tried to make an appointment stressing the amount of pain my wife is in, and still there was no attempt to accomodate us reasonably. Furthermore, After a small argument about them failing to schedule the appointment hte first time, I tried calling back and was forwarded to voicemail six times. SIX TIMES. I tried calling from my office phone and was immediately answered. Clearly, they were ignoring my calls. Still, the soonest they would see my wife is 1 week at a time we almost cannot meet due to work requirements and thus we will be going elsewhere.
Again, this is not a reflection of Dr. Habibian, but moreso her extremely rude clerk Loretta. They were very unwilling to work with us and argued with me on the phone over an appointment which I had details for because they had failed to perform their jobs properly and schedule it. If they had handled the situation differently, I would not be writing this review. Loretta needs a serious attitude check and probably brought down to earth a little bit on who actually brings the money into the dentist shop. THE CLIENTS.

Dr. Habibian is wonderful! I’ve been going to her for over 6 years. My kids have also seen her several times. She is a great dentist, recommends only the necessary treatments (she never tries to talk me into whitening or anything else, which I appreciate), and has a calming demeanor. She is the best!

I and my husband have been going to Dr Habibian for a few years now and she really is the best. She tells you what you need to be doing, praises you when you do it and never recommends over treatment which is nice on my mouth and my wallet. I love the personal touch as she always asks about my husband and daughter. My family will continue going to her for years to come. I believe she also takes most forms of insurance.
