Same Day Restoration & Cleaning

So glad we called these guys! We had a flood in an upstairs bathroom on a Sunday night, and within hours of calling them on Monday morning, they were here. Pacy took the time to explain what they needed to do to soak up all the flood water and start the drying process. It took several days to dry everything well, so that we didn’t get mold or need to do any demolition. Thank goodness!!! They came by every day to check on progress and move things around as needed. They were very respectful of our furniture and belongings, when more things needed to be moved. They even responded to after hours texts when I had questions. And they worked directly with the insurance company and our adjuster.

I was super impressed in how same day restoration handled the roof leak in my San Diego vacation home.
They were able to detect the water source with their high tech meters and thermo imaging.
Then they used dehumidifiers and heating machines to get all the moisture out so to prevent any mold growth. I got a flash course in water damage restoration from pacy, who’s extremely knowledgeable in his field of work. At first i was hesitant about working with Same Day but they proved themselves to be very friendly and professional. Thanks again guys!

These guys are great! Mike and Will showed up on time, and completed the work without any hassle. They pointed out a few other services they offered, which I will likely utilize soon. Friendly guys, highly recommended.

These guys were great. We called on Sunday morning and they were there to do the job and do it very well by 1PM. My wife and I were getting the house ready for a new baby to arrive, her son’s second, but he was away. Navy man and this was our present to them.

I needed the carpet in my rental cleaned on short notice and was referred to Same Day Restoration & Cleaning by another carpet cleaning company. Will and Phil showed up on time and were very professional. Will explained the process and the different packages they had while Phil got everything set up. They work very fast and were done with three rooms in no time. I was very happy with their job and would definitely use them again especially if it has to be done on short notice.

We had friends staying in our downtown condo on Sunday. One of them spilled a whole glass of red wine on our carpet that is less than a year old. We had our grandchildren scheduled to come and stay on Tuesday and I wanted to make sure it was clean and dry prior to their arrival. I Googled ‘same day carpet cleaning’ and was fortunate enough to find Same Day Restoration & Cleaning. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. She said she could get someone there that afternoon. Mike & Phil were here on time and did a fantastic job! The red wine stain came completely out and they also did a wool rug for me that I thought was beyond repair. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company! (I also have to add an extra shout out to Mike & Phil… Our building apparently implemented a new policy that requires any company doing business in the building must provide not only proof of general liability insurance, but also workman’s comp. We were unaware of this so when they arrived they were delayed 45 minutes trying to get this resolved. Our building manager did not call us to let us know there was an issue. Fortunately, Mike called to let us know why they were late. I was able to go down and rectify the situation. I felt horrible about waisting so much of their time, but they never complained and had a smile on their face the whole time!)

Same Day Carpet Care is very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They steam cleaned the tile and grout in my showers. Now my showers look as good as new! Also the company cleaned my floor tile grout and applied Color Seal. The grout is now white again and should be easy to keep clean without staining. I plan to use Same Cay Carpet Care in the future to clean and seal my grout and also to clean my carpets. I was very impressed with their service.

I’m very happy with Same Day Carpet Care. I had some really stained carpets that I’d been waiting for several months to get cleaned and finally brought in the professionals to clean them earlier today. But I wasn’t happy at all with the first company (steamco) I called. Since I still had everything moved out to do the cleaning I called up Same Day and they did come the same day within only 2 hours.
I had some deep beach grim and dirt in heavily trafficked areas that the first guy simply couldn’t get out. However, it was clear Pacy knew carpet cleaning like a science and he did a fantastic job of getting out these tough old stains.
If you want your carpets cleaned really well you should definitely use these guys and not worry about the cost it’s well worth it!

Great service! Very professional, timely and courteous. They did an amazing job on my carpets, which were really stained by 3 kids and 2 dogs. :D Will be using Same Day Carpet again and will recommend them to family and friends.
