Jeff was friendly, honest, easy to talk to and he obviously knows what he’s doing. He cut my old SIM card to fit into my new iPhone and he placed a glass protector on the front of the phone. I also bought a really cute Speck iPhone case here for only $ 15, Target normally sells this case for $ 35. All together I paid $ 35 which I thought was a great deal. In addition, my sister brought in her old iPhone and told Jeff that the sound wasn’t working so Jeff quickly fixed the problem and didn’t charge anything. I would definitely recommend this place to everybody.

I stopped by his shop on my way back to Los Angeles and by the time I got here he called me and said my phone was unlocked and to just enter the SIM card and follow the instructions. He said 1 – 7 Business days and I got my code in less than 3 hours. Talk about fast service. If he was in the LA area I would totally recommend him for unlocking Phones, especially iPhones. He had a doctors appointment and he stayed extra time to wait for me until I got there. EXCELLENT customer service. Well Done! Well Done!

Came here as a walk in and was greeted by Jeff. He instantly gave me a quote and got right to work. He was super knowledgeable with my broken phone and pointed out a few other quick fixes. Jeff was super honest and friendly. He spent almost an hour cleaning, testing and swapping out parts on my phone before determining it was a short in the main computer of the phone (un-​repairable). When I tried to pay him for his time, he didn’t accept it since it couldn’t be fixed!
I have gone to him twice in the past with other phones (both of which he repaired quickly and economically) and will continue to go to him whenever I have any phone issues. I couldn’t imagine a better place exists for phone repairs!

Jeff is the man! I’m at a loss for words to describe the amount of pride he puts into his work. It was less than an hour to closing and this guy still took no rush into repairing my mess of a jacked up iPhone. If you go to any other repair place, you are in the wrong! I’ve broken my phone so many times, I’ve lost count. But a Jeff and I discovered, previous repair shops have lost parts and screws to my phone. His attention to detail is impeccable. My sister cracks her screen once a month and I always made fun of her for it. Eventually karma caught up with me and last night I ended up dropping my iPhone 6+, cracking the screen. I called my sister up and she recommended San Diego jailbreak. I gave him a call this morning and he quoted $ 120, and I didn’t need an appointment. I called a couple other places and everyone else was a lot more, like a lot a lot. The dude was pretty cool. He took my phone and said 20 minutes. 20 minutes later it was done. He also gave me a 50% discount on a glass screen protector because I was getting work done, but since it didn’t fit perfectly he threw it in for free. Checked in on Unilocal and saved an additional 10%. Hope I never have to come back but if I ever have anymore phone problems San Diego jailbreak will be my first call.

I found Jeff because I happened to be seeing a doc whose office is in the same building. I would sit on his waiting couch for my appointment, and chat it up. Then one day I dropped my poor iPad on a concrete parking lot in Minnesota, so it was not only cracked but also covered in snow. I dropped it off with Jeff on a Tuesday night, and picked it up from him the next day. I don’t know the first thing about cost or quality — all I know is that it’s 100% better than it was before, and in lightning speed time. He is up front about cost and time, which are the two most important things I would think for this kind of repair. Thanks again for the service and the only weird thing about this kind of work is that I hope to never see you again ;-)
Oh side note, he even told me to take my smashed iPhone 6 (yes, I have a problem) to the apple store instead of having him do it because it costs $ 109 at the store but costs him $ 120 just for the part? Anyway — he’s also honest.

I was referred to Jeff by a friend of mine when the power button broke on my iphone last year. He fixed my phone while I was on my lunch break and he even went out of his way to fix the crappy camera lens for me. I was happy with the service so I recommended him to a good friend of mine when her iphone screen broke. Anyways,
the reason why I have decided to write this review is bc last week, I’ve decided to purchase an iphone 6 plus from someone off of Craigslist. I wasn’t sure about purchasing a phone from someone off of Craigslist so I asked Jeff what I should check for, what to ask the guy etc. Let me just say that he was EXTREMELY helpful and he seriously went out of his way to help me out. He knows his stuff and will answer any questions you have about your phone. This guy is LEGIT!!! I am so happy with my new Iphone 6 plus all thanks to Jeff! I highly highly highly recommend this place! :)

I was disappointed that he didn’t wear a jeweler’s monocle.
Other than a lot of squinting, the owner/​operator/​technological magician seems to care about his customers and quality of work. He went through three new iPhone screens before he found a suitable replacement for the one my fiancée broke while doing handstands (yes, she’s an adult).
The building seemed a little creepy, maybe because it was raining, that’s so infrequent here that the entire city takes on a macabre persona when damp, but I wasn’t kidnapped by the Russian jewelers next door or anything (though I bet they had monocles).
I’ll be pretty quick to recommend this guy; the phone is good as new, and at about half the price Apple extorts.

I wish there were more stars to click because this place really deserves a 10!
I mean my phone was checked inside and out for all the faulty parts and clippings of cables done by people in the past who fixed my phone. Everything was repaired perfectly and in such great timing. The guy is an electronic genius!
