The jacket when we got it was nice, however the run around I got was not, right now I am trying to get refund on patches that were not made I can’t a return call, email nothing. This is absoluetly the worst experience I have ever had with business. I had wanted a jacket made for me. I have since changed my mind. Communication is not the best. I feel ignored and uncared for. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Great place! I wish I would have known about them before I ordered my son’s jacket from another place. They fixed his jacket after the original place miss spelled his first name, fixed the last name on the back and my son was EXTREMELY HAPPY.
