Life Savers is what I would call them. Life Savers. I have had a few instances in my life that I have had to use them personally. It amazes me everytime that I do how they go above and beyond the expectations of what customer service should be. Every time I have to use them professionally I know that they are going to take care of my own clients needs each and every time. I have never had to use the warehouse for any of my belongings, but my clients have. I have been able to witness first hand the care that is taken for each and every person that has a claim go through the warehouse. Everything is detailed in a log and stored so that there is never any issue of what is where and for who. Lisa and Sabrina are top notch! I wouldn’t recommened anyone but them to anyone else that has future claims.

I can’t express how happy I am with the service I recevied from Lisa Rockwell. I recently experienced a water loss in my apartment and was amazed how quick and efficient she was in helping me. Lisa and the whole team at Service Master by Rapid Response went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of and my mind was at ease. Having a water loss can be extremely stressful and I was so releived that there was someone so helpful to get everything taken care of. I had my personal property stored in their warehouse and was so impressed with how organized they are and how much attention to detail was paid to storage. I have reffered a lot of my friends to Sevice Master Rapid Response for losses big and small and they have had the same great experience that I have.

worst«service» ever. 1st clue: «we do not fix, we just determine what’s wrong». i already knew what the problem was. water leak from the toilet upstairs, leaking water to downstairs. they never even went up to see what the probelm was. they just took picture and measured moisture content on the ceiling. STUPID. i already knoew it was wet. plumber came and FIXED the problem by replacing the wax ring. SERVICEMASTER guys hooked uo the de-humidifier and said they need to come everyday. after 5 days of checking to see if the tape they put on were3 in place spending 15 minutes, i told them to leave. Two months later, bill showed up…$ 760 !!! kidding me? no service no repairs and charged me $ 760 while the plubmer who fixed the problem cost me $ 150. NEVERNEVER use this company. TOTALRIPOFF.

They saved the day !!! Let me first of start by saying no one like to have pluming issues, but if you happen to have some call ServiceMaster by Rapid Response! I spoke with Andrew Grabhorn and Paul Zurmuhle. They are by FAR the most knowledgeable people in the business. I have searched high and low for a company to trust my new home with. They not only delivered an amazing service, but they also helped along every step of the way to make sure that my wife and I felt comfortable and at ease. My only regret is that it took me this long to write them a review. I will and have been recommending Servicemaster By Rapid Response to all my friends and family. If you have any doubts in your mind, just ask to talk to Andrew or Paul and you will see what I mean by the caliber of service, integrity and knowledge, they have. I would give this Service Master NOSTARS. Certainly the insurance companies must be getting a HUGE kick back with the astronomical amount of money charged and this company being the«PREFERREDVENDOR». The customer service leaves so much to be desired. While packing at our home the workers broke a glass table and did not have the courtesy to inform us, rather we came home to glass on the patio, in the pool and in the planters. We were told the glass would be replaced, that did not happen. We replaced the table, submitted a receipt and have been waiting months to receive our reimbursement. I am tired of waiting, I am now going to Unilocal and let absolutely everyone know that Mr. Gamez does not keep his word and runs a very SHADY business. Let’s see if there is a «Rapid Response» to the negative comments… looks like I am not alone!

Super professional, friendly and prompt. I spoke to Michael Gamez regarding walking the facility and check out the warehouse. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and appearance of the facility. Not only was everything in vaults, but labeled and organized as well. Anyone who needs there items packaged due to fire or flood really needs to give them a call. A+++++

my rating is a fraction of a star, really! really shady business! i had extensive water damage in my condo and these guys caused so much additional damage by being completely irresponsible how they handled the contents and how they«repaired» the water-damaged property. once they got the contract to handle the repairs they sub-contract the jobs out to very poor contractors! i had them come out 3,4, 5 or more times to make right the repairs. all i ever asked was that it be returned back to the original condition. well, apparently that’s too much to ask. drywall corners were not 90 degrees, way off! soffit edges were uneven, walls half-painted, scratches on the marble floors and stainless refrigerator, etc. etc. i wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. word to the wise, steer clear!
