Don’t go too much to this gas station because of the service, I’ve been during the day and the girl who work there is very rude, If client ask for somenthing she doesn’t care and doesn’t listen, i’ve seen the cashier yelling a client outside and is not polite from a company like that has a very bad attitude, she get mad for nothing. Is very convinient location but customer service from cashier is the worst I’ve ever had. The good point, they have a promo on carwash and they really do it.

Poor customer service this lady that was here today 9.11 .15., @.7pm is a disaster .she is rude even when shes the one who made a mistake i ask for 50 dll in gas & gave me 37 dlls in my pump when I told her 50 $…so she gave my Gas to another car, and and top of that she gets mad and gives an attitude when I told her clearly what number of pump… prices are great!! BUT VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I HOPE THEY HIRE more PPL THAT REALLY KNOWs HOW TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOW HOW TO MANAGE A SITUATION LIKE THIS. I am not the type if person that complains but this lady was very rude even told me to shut up when I was being polite” when I tried to talk to her about the problem” I don’t think I’ll be going when she’s there!

Seriously Hold your breath if you have to use the toilet. Very strong urine smell. I get it, it’s a bathroom. Come on, get rid of the urine smell, pretty please

Came here on 2÷10÷2014 for a car wash & once my family and I were through with the car wash we realized that the «dryer» was broken therefore did not dry the car at all.
My step father went inside and spoke with the person in charge and instead of giving up our money back ($ 6) the employee Miguel insisted of hand drying our car.
Overall, we let him hand dry our car. It wasn’t perfect, but it did the job. Poor guy had to go through that rather than closing the faulty car wash.

This Shell is usually quite a bit higher in gas price than the Arco down the street so i usually go there for my gas… but i do come in here often for snacks and drinks, would be nice if they stayed open later but they close up and you cant get inside like at 9 or 10pm… kinda lame

If you live in Paradise Hills (PH) or National City, then this is the cheapest place to buy Shell gas. On rare occasion it does get pricier than the one on E 8^th St.
I use the car wash here because it cleans better than the other Shells in the area (619). You have to go at the right time though because it can get backed up.

I discovered this Shell gas station about a year ago and what a find its been! This Shell location also has a convience store and car wash.
The employees that work here are chill. Sometimes this location will offer a free beverage like a large Arizona Ice Tea or 1 gallon of Arrowhead drinking water with the purchase of a car wash!
The main reason I like this place is because they offer the best prices on Shell gasoline anywhere in town. Sure you can get cheaper gas at the Arco down the street but Arco gas is a low grade fuel that does not burn as clean as Shell gas. The result: dirty fuel injectors, intake valves, and pistons meaning less power and fuel efficency all because someone wants to be cheap and save a nickle per gallon of fuel!
Several small issues prevents me from giving this place 5 stars. The display screens on the gas pumps are getting hard to see due to all the scatches ingraved in it. No doubt the work of local bangers.
Sometimes homeless people will hang out here all day and approach people asking if they want thier windows cleaned while they are pumping gas which can be a nuisance.
My favorite is when some buster approaches me here with the line «my car ran out of gas and its down the street. Can you give me a couple dollars for gas»? I usually respond «how are you gonna get gas when you have no gas can»?That usually does the trick because then they know the jig is up. Well, what can you expect? Its Nasty City after all!
Another issue too is that the air machine is always out of order.
Aside from a few problems, If your looking for the best price on quality name brand gasoline and you dont mind dealing with ghetto people from time to time then make your next gas stop at this Shell station.
