From the moment you meet Sheri she puts you at ease. She’ll evaluate your range of motion and ask some very specific questions before getting you out on the range. Once there she finds a way to bring your past experience and your mindset into what she’s teaching you. She will explain things in such a way that you understand, visualize and (at least in my case) subconsciously make the physical changes she tells you and you start hitting the ball better almost immediately. If you get distracted or have a consistency issue, she helps you work through it.
So far it’s my first of five lessons. Can’t wait for the other four. And will most likely come back for more!
