I had an excellent experience here. I needed to have some links taken out of a new watch, and the husband and wife owners were very accommodating. I walked in during my lunch break, and they asked me to leave the watch and come back in 10 minutes. I did some shopping in the center, returned in 10 minutes, and my watch was finished. When I tried it on, they discussed the fit with me, and suggested I have one more link taken out. They took out the one additional link (it took 2 minutes) while I waited.
I paid $ 7 for my watch adjustment here. I’ve paid up to $ 20 at other locations, and they did not work as quickly nor did they have as impeccable customer service as Smith’s.

Great shop, run by a really talented watch repair specialist and his wife. They replaced the band on a very special watch for me and are always able to fix any problem I have with my watchers. I recommend them.
