Michael Sanchez, manager of the store, was dishonest about the experience I would have about the 14 day trial service and return policy. I have never met someone that was unethical and uncaring as this man is just to make a sale. He even showed his fellow employee that he gained top salesman for the county after he signed us up. I had horrible service with Sprint in the 14 days that I had the phones, I couldn’t even use the service as Michael said I would have. He told me that I would have no hassle, no cost, and customer satisfaction guaranteed if the service was not better than AT&T. Soon after I returned the phones I received a collection call for nearly $ 200. They said that they charged me a whole month of service, plus activation fee, among other fees. Do NOT buy into Sprint’s service, their policy doesn’t make any sense. If I didn’t have service in home, gym, and work for the 14 days, why would I get charge a whole month of service? Doesn’t make any sense. Michael refuses to do anything about it because he says it’s corporate policy, even though he didn’t disclose this information before the sale. I’ve read on Unilocal reviews when Michael Sanchez worked at Chula Vista store, seemed like this guy has a pattern for unethical sales. I will be speaking to his superiors about this to make sure they understand the horrible service he offers at his stores.

WORST employees and customer service. Not helpful… ZEROCUSTOMERSERVICE. I do not recommend giving your business to this store or trusting them to fix anything. A boy by the name of Michael who identified himself as a manager is EXTREMELY unprofessional and I doubt he holds a job for very long. ZERO communication skills.
