The definition of slllooowwww… my order is screwed up each time, misplaced or simply not made. To be fair they are busy but then again it is thier job. Cashiers are pleasant but it simply does not make up for the lack of attention to details on orders

Came in to get something to eat and drink before going back to work, i got some guy named JayJay, not sure if he was having an off day but his service sucked.

Great service and great coffee. Only downside is that you can’t redeem your reward points at this location since it’s not run by Starbucks.

It’s a Starbucks that’s walking distance from the piers!
Even without that incentive, this is still probably one of my favorite Starbucks around. They actually plan for the morning crowd and the employees are still friendly even though the line is going out the door.
This morning the lead barista totally through off my «non-​morning person» attitude by asking me how I was doing. You actually mean that a Starbucks employee can make coffee and still ask how customers are doing. Absolutely shocked, company needs to immediately get to the bottom of this!
