Came to this location for a remake of a caramel frapp that was poorly made at another Starbucks during happy hour. Steven helped me with no questions asked in the drive thru, and made sure it was taken care of and perfectly made.

By far some of the best customer service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. The staff here does a great job — always smiling, super helpful, and quick with getting your order out to you. The shop itself has always been clean and relatively quiet when I go in, so it’s a perfect spot for studying or catching up on that novel you’ve been meaning to finish. It is a little bit smaller than the shops I’m used to, but the layout is spread out enough that it’s not too cramped. There’s also a very nice patio section outside if you don’t mind traffic noises and enjoy people-watching. My only complaint about going inside versus the drive-thru is that parking is a nightmare. Tight spots, bad traffic, and not enough places to park. Not really the store’s fault, though, so I’ll let them keep all five stars.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a couple times prior and I always have the worst experience! My drink is never made right! Customer service is terrible! Ordered through drive thru today and when I got to the window order was completely wrong! Got the stink eye from the guy at the window when I complained! Better training needs to be done!!!

I only come here because they open at 4am and have to get my morning coffee before going to work! I swear they take sooooooooo long to make your coffee… And its frustraring the other time I waited about ten to f15 minutes and they got my order wrong! I had a 4 star experience in the drive through and a 1 star experience in the store, so I’m rating 2 average. The interior is messy and dirty and the employees are rude. Huge pile of printed receipts on and around the register. No Christmas Blend because«oh, that’s like only for the morning.» Trash on the floor. Dude mowing heavy on some chicken wings in the corner. My food is finally ready and the employee says, «I’ve got a pumpkin loaf for someone, anyone, anybody.» And I’m like, dude in literally standing directly in front of you. Stick to the drive through and your life will be easier.

Yes this Starbucks is the worst It’s always packed and with rude employees ‚ I have ordered drinks and they don’t come out how I like them and They usually never remake the drink they just add whatever it needs . To top it off they give you the stink eye for complaining if this wouldn’t be so close to work I would ever stop there again.

This Starbucks is always packed… And I’ve never seen anyone not moving and shaking to make things happen. The parking lot gets cramped, and the drive thru often spills into the street. But the staff is great and the lobby is always clean!

Customer service was horrible but the coffee/food was fine. The cashier tried to take my order with his back turned doing something else. Naturally he couldn’t hear very well and kept saying«huh». Even this wouldn’t bother me, but in addition, he was rushed and abrasive. He made no attempt at basic courtesy. The coffee shop was not busy either. Worst customer service I’ve encountered at a Starbucks.

This location is awful… Terrible service from the army of staff that pretend to work there. Visited on a not-too-busy Sunday, maybe during shift change? There were at least 6 people behind the counter none of which looked busy, but still had to wait to place the order. Other people came in behind us and got similar treatment. While we were ordering another girl was just standing behind the other cash register giving a bored look while the line grew behind us. Our cashier looked over and the girl said she still had 2 minutes of lunch and was waiting to clock in. I get making the most out of the breaks you get, but don’t stand by the cash register while people are waiting to be helped… plus they never asked our names, so when a drink came up that looked like it might be ours, we were left to guess. All the staff completely ignored us as we tried to get their attention, so we left hoping we hadn’t inadvertently stolen another patron’s beverage.

Never do walk-in at this location. Especially if you’re in a hurry. I waited for five minutes before someone took my order. Piss poor service with a hint of snobby. I mean common’ you’re in the hood. Distracted and incompetence sums it up for me. Never going back.9/27/15AM shift you suck!

Customer Service Was Subpar, I Felt Like I Was inconveniencing them while they were all busy chatting to each other. My drink(Iced Coffee, Light Ice, 1 Pump Carmel, With Room) came out as a regular Iced Coffee with nothing I Asked For. I removed the ice which filled the entire cup and asked to be topped off since I asked for light ice and they proceeded to pour it in to the point it was literally overflowing onto the counter and then walked away(with coffee all over the place). Also, the place wasn’t very clean for literally just opening at 4am and the trash cans outside the front door were overflowing

This Starbucks has really great customer service. Pros ~ Customer svc, drive thru, fast svc Cons ~ Little to no parking, in a very cramped road where cars get backed up.

This is a good Starbucks, the coffee is always right, customer service is a 7 out f 10. The place looks good and I would definitely recommend it. Only problem is that there are no counters or door hooks to place or hang you things in either one of the bathrooms, things you’ll find in any other location.

Starbucks hits the spot when I am in need. I stopped by here after making some purchases at Restaurant Depot. I was in dire need of some coffee and Starbucks hit the spot with a venti iced coffee. As I waited of my coffee, I made the mistake and looked at the pastry counter, and behold, there were these mini cherry pies sending subliminal messages, «eat me, eat me.» Darn those little things, so I got one.( ) The iced coffee was perfect. It was refreshing, mild flavored, and gave me the kick in caboose that I needed.( ) The mini cherry pie was, well mini.( ) The crust was moist and flaky, and it was filled with a sweet cherry filling.( ) Good stuff, but it’s to bad it was so small, but a nice little treat nevertheless. The service was good, and an employee was busily cleaning up after the mad morning rush.
