Foods OK don’t go around lunch time to busy you might have to wait for rice or noodles 30min wait. Then your foods just seating in box. Getting cold well you wait for rice or noodles. If you don’t want to wait. Get white rice.

Drive through is much more hospitable don’t dine-in!!! They come out with a counter and measuring cup, nothing above the bare minimum. No personality behind the counter… Never again second star for the drive thru… Smh #stillhungry

Just found three black hairs in my teriyaki chicken… cool. Also, the cream cheese rangoons were very over cooked.

As much as I love Panda and what they stand for and how good their food is, I’m giving this particular location 1 star because I have been here countless times at night between 8:30 — 10:30 and they have been closed when their Unilocal times and signs say they are open until 10:30. If you aren’t going to stay open, change your times online.

Have not tried the drive thru but first time here for dine in, and bad experience. –had to wait for all the choices of food –machine did not give back correct change –no napkins –food did not have any type of taste –and I didn’t get my fortune cookie :( I give 2 stars because at least there is good customer service

Love a quick bite for Chinese food. Gotta have the orange chicken and Beijing beef! Not too shabby for fast food

I like how they have samples for the item of the day. At times it is complicated to choose one or two items, specially if it’s straight out of the fire.

Terrible service through the drive thru. The girl at the window originally overcharged us for an entrée they were out of. My cousin didn’t receive his teriyaki sauce for his ‘teriyaki grilled chicken’ so he just got dry chicken. We tried to tell the lady at the window but she just argued so we gave up. It was 30 minutes before closing I believe they just wanted to get out of there. Once again it is just Panda Express but never again will I come back.

This is one of the worst expressed iv had here. Don’t get me wrong I love panda but this time was not at its best. The food was the last of the bit, I understand your closing but don’t give me all your last including the burnt leftovers. Grosssss. But still love panda. I will be returning but not around the time I did

I’m paying $ 1.25 extra for 4 pieces of shrimp. the Asian guy sunny served my plate and it looked like a kids plate. I never had a problem with portions here until now. this is the same reason why I stop here before going home because the one in la mesa sux with portions. my kid spilled soda on the floor and sunny was making is feel uncomfortable giving is bad looks. very disrespectful and unprofessional. all the other staff was very helpful except him. he sent a pregnant chic to clean it.

The food was grossly over cooked. The vinegar was so strong that I couldn’t eat the entrée. I ate the bone dry fried rice and promised myself never again.

Not bad for fast food asian cuisine. For $ 10 you can get 3 entrees, a side and gatorade. I ate the orange chicken, fried rice, crab rangoon and egg rolls. I like how it is set up like a cafeteria so you can look at the food prior to eating it. There is nothing more annoying about ordering something and receiving something completely different than you expected. The service was very efficient and the employees were nice. The parking outside can be a little bit challenging, but if you don’t want to go in you can just travel through the drive through.

The food was excellent! I really enjoyed the service. They asked me to sample a new item and I loved it. I was totally sold and was willing to pay a dollar more for the new entrée.

I don’t understand why every time I come down by 9 or 930 they have nothing available. I love this place and come often, but they never seem to have anything I want after 9pm. No more orange chicken, no more chow main, no more egg rolls, but I swear this place doesn’t close until 1030 or something. What I noticed was two car behind me that didn’t even want to order because there was nothing they wanted. I don’t know what they wanted, but I noticed they drove right past the drive through window. Total FAIL!!! have to rethink where to go for Chinese food.

So the girls that work the drive thru are always pleasant… the food is typical Panda food… never had anything nasty from them. What docks them the two stars is if you show up in the 30 – 45 minutes before closing and they have about two options. I understand that they don’t want to waste food but if you’re open until a certain time you should have all the options. I would understand if they ran out of an ingredient to make a dish, but they choose to have customers leave vs having some left overs at the end of the night. I’ve made the mistake of coming here multiple times, close to closing just to leave and go down to the one on Main in Chula. The funny thing is this place is always popping close to closing so it’s not like there’s a shortage of customers. Oh well.

What do you expect when you enter a Panda Express, almost lunch time, and it’s empty? «Hey, we’re first!!» There’s a reason why it was empty. Service was not up to par, food was either undercooked or last nights leftovers, and how could you forget the Fortune Cookie!?! This crew definitely needs further training on customer service, kitchen time, & Panda Express’ traditions.

I love Panda Express — I am so happy the NEX decided to remove Rice King. I love this location but I love it even closer. My favorite dish to order is the Fried Rice with a double order of Orange Chicken. Services at this location is great and the only Panda Express Restaurants with a drive through in this area I know of.
