Fast AND they were able to break a hundred dollar bill. Love the honey-fire chicken. Their cashier, Estephanie was super efficient and polite, which makes a huge difference… to me, anyway. The drive thru can be long but it moves pretty fast.

Quick lunch with hubby… Not my favorite place; but I do like the honey walnut shrimp… Minus the walnuts; yup I’m that customer

I went in at 9:25pm starving and they close at 9:30, never did they rush me. I ordered an item that was not available but they said it wasn’t a problem they would make it and told me in 5 min it will be available. Food was hot and great:)

Una de las comidas favoritas de mi hijo… le fascina el chow mein, orange chicken y beijing beef y pues a mi también me gusta mucho, en este panda express siempre han sido muy amables y la comida siempre ha estado rica.

Great customer service. They’re always willing to go the extra mile to help a customer. All employees are always smiling and happy. The food is always delicious and hot. I’ve never had a mistake when ordering through the drive thru. Only downside is that they no longer take phone orders. However, with my experience at this location I had to give it five stars. Keep up the great work.

It’s not best-in-class, but acceptable when you’re in shopping center and in transient mode.

This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant in San Diego. The vegetables are so green, and the fried rice is fried. My favorite dish is the orange chicken. It’s so orangy, yet sweet at the same time. It’s like having a foodgasm in my mouth whenever I bite into one. Nomnomnom. Seriously, you can’t go wrong with any of the dishes here, but I must admit that my second favorite dish is the beef and broccoli. The authenticity makes it feels like I’m in China whenever I bite down on each tasty morsel. The service has always been excellent, and the ambiance is what one would except from any fine dining establishment. In fact, I would eat here every day if I could. Nomnomnom. The only downside of this place is the parking. It can get crowded during lunchtime during the work week. The surrounding businesses include the Navy, and the adjacent shipyards. Still, this is my go to place for whenever I’m in the mood for some good old fashioned Chinese food. Pro Tip: You don’t have to get only rice, or noodles. They let you get half of each if you want. This includes vegetables. Pro Tip: Don’t buy a large, you get free refills on your soda.

This Panda Express location serves the freshest, most flavorful food. You’ll forget you ordered at the Panda Express NEX food court.

This Panda Express is in the food court of the dry side of the 32nd street Naval base. Very convenient if you are military, contractor, or retired. The food is just like any other Panda Express. I’m a fan, so I can’t say too much about it. They have so many customers that most, if not all the food comes out hot and fresh when you get it.

You get what you pay for! You can only get things two out of three ways: cheap, fast, or good. Not all three. Here you get cheap food, fast, so expect nothing spectacular…

This Panda Express located in the Navy Exchange food court was different from most Panda’s because we found their food to be extremely fresh. That’s kind of hard when you have a soft spot in your heart for some damn Panda Express and lots of locations mess it up! Probably the most reliable restaurant in the food court, next to Five Guys. Eat up!
