Not very worth coming here because of slow service and terrible line. They have a huge patio in the front just the only thing that irks me is a of slow service

The workers(the two girls) here are total idiots. I ordered a ice tea green tea sweetend and it took them 15minutes to make it. As i watched them make me my drink i saw the worker pick up the container with the premade tea in it and whisper something to her coworker. When she poured the tea in the cup there was barely any color of green the entire stinking thing was almost conpletly clear. She gave me the drink and i took a one sip and could tell it was completly watered out and noticed both workers were watching me drink it. They knew what they were doing giving me a bad drink… i told them both that it was just water and she said she would have to make another tea and would take 15 – 25 min to make. I HADALREADYWAITED15MINUTESFORTHISCRAP. Neither girl gave me a refund or made me a new drink. I am not coming back. Dont go here the workers take forever, give you unsatisfied drinks, and are total idiots.

HUGE patio seating area, and not alot of people on a Saturday afternoon. The outdoor seating is right next to Girard and Torrey Pines Road, so there’s massive traffic noises coming from the coming/going of cars. The baristas were nice enough, and I didn’t have any trouble ordering my tea and asking for a refill of hot water an hour later. Overall, service was pretty good, but location is noisy if you’re sitting outside.

First and last time I ever order from this Starbucks. I was the only person ordering and it took at least 15 min. One of the two drinks that I ordered was only filled up ¼ of the way. I would recommend gong to a different Starbucks if you can.

The people working here are nice and it was recently remodeled. Usually there are only 1 – 2 people working and I think optimally there should be 3 during peak hours since it can get really busy. With only 1 – 2 people working here at a time and a long line, they can only do their best. Corporate needs to be less greedy and allocate more hours– more customer satisfaction which translates to greater revenue. Duh.

I got a Kids milk for my daughter — she got her milk with a straw — She burn her really bad — she cried for almost an hour. My wife taste the milk as well and burn herself. When we went back to the store it measure at 150 F! The attending girl said nothing and just smile! Be careful.

Since this is a contract location, Baristas seem less friendly, drink recipes are less consistent, and the customer isn’t able to utilize all the benefits available by patronizing a «real» non contract Starbucks location.

The people are nice enough. They never smile but they’re probably stressed out considering there is only one person working every time I’ve came — and I come every morning before heading into work. Starbucks needs to give them more hours to hire staff because there’s one barista and like five people in line at a time. Ridiculous. And they don’t take rewards at this location. Whack.

I think this place just opened there aren’t any background on Unilocal whatsoever it seemed like a pretty nice place I was stopping to get some frappuccinos before heading over to La Jolla High School to volunteer for the Special Olympics. Its poorly understaffed though there was only one dude manning the whole place and he had like 4 customers waiting in line. Really nice soft spoken guy though took the time to ask each customer about their weekend and he made my frappuccino just the way I liked it unlike the Starbucks near Truxton.
