only because its the closest Starbucks to my work and so glad they were happy as can be while serving me.

my old review blew my own mind. However, that was in 2008. So 8 years later my rating is definitely higher. People complain about the line. Line inside the store. Drive thru line. Like they are the only person waiting. Leave earlier and stop bitching or … use the Starbucks app. Sadly I feel very cool ordering via my app, pulling up, parking, striding through the line of cars only to come right out less than 30 seconds later with my delicious highly caffeinated drink. Staff are always friendly. Prior to using the app I would give the same rating. I feel bad for the staff as people seem to always be in a hurry and look disgusted that the line isn’t escalating through just so someone can order their Grande, no ice, soy, no foam, add shot, ½ café … blah blah blah. Hey I am just as bad, paying $ 4 for a coffee drink, however, if I did not have time to stop, I wouldn’t. Why stand in line or waste gas in the drive through getting your blood pressure up because you didn’t leave time to stop for coffee that will likely raise your blood pressure anyway. People. Ug.

**updated review** I’ve still been coming here before work early mornings and my visits here have gotten increasingly better. The same guy usually takes my order in the morning and he’s very nice! I’m not sure what his name was but I might have overheard someone say his name was David? I’ve had my drinks messed up two or three times within my visits over the past couple of months but the staff there has become nicer. Will be updating my review again for further visits.

Overall friendly staff. Usually busy. 3 out of the last 5 times I’ve been here my mobile order wasn’t even started by the time I arrived. I put it in at the very least 5 mins prior. Defeats the point of mobile order if you still have to wait. Update. Still a week later I’m standing here when I could have just waited in line. No priority to the mobile order.

This Starbucks is good option when craving coffee or tea around the Miramar area!~ –friendly service –drinks crafted right! –modern and clean inside –ample space with a good amount seating inside and outside –clean restrooms –tricky parking as it can be crowded because of location next to Savory Buffet –drive-thru option perfect for those on the go. [weekday mornings are fairly busy with a rush, but aren’t all Starbucks? :)] –a convenient spot to post up after being in «Beeramar», kick back and chill at this location ;P

Typical starbucks. The service is average but the location is very convenient, right in the middle of the industrial business district. This place is Very crowded in the mornings and it is hard to find parking. Still 5 stars because I get my coffee here every morning.

We drive up to get a CM and 2 waters after a night of celebrating life lol… so we get our order and coffee was bomb! The one thing that got me upset but wasn’t worth turning around for was the disgusting lime they sliced and used for their waters.(See uploads pictures) You tell me, would you drink that?

Go to Starbucks right by my office. Everyone here is always so friendly and cheerful. Brooke and Kelly both seem to go out of their way to be friendly and remember people’s names. Helpful in the mornings when I can barely open my eyes.

The service here could definitely be better. My mom ordered a hot latte and when it was ready the person who made it slammed her drink down on the counter so hard that the foam shot out of the mouth hole at the top. The barista didn’t even look back once it happened and she continued on with the next item. It seemed like the person who made it didn’t want to be there at all and just wanted to get making the drink over with. I also ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. When I took a bit out of it, I could tell that it was definitely still cold, at least part of it. It felt like it was either unevenly toasted or they only toasted half of the breakfast sandwich. I think they only toasted the sausage, egg and one english muffin while keeping the other half of it out, and then they just stuck the two halves together. I’ve never had that sort of problem with any other Starbucks here before, so I was pretty disappointed with this one. As far as taste goes, it’s just like every other Starbucks, but the service definitely needs to be worked on.

This is the only Starbucks near work that I can easily get to. Drive thru is plus when it’s not busy, but I usually walk in to get brewed coffee and non of that frou frou nonsense. I walk out with coffee in my hand in less than 5 minutes. I just smile while the line to the drive thru builds up. FYI: Never park near entrance to drive thru or the entrance on Miramar, it can get real ugly! Don’t be lazy just walk and get your Fitbit on haha… Also the employee(s) mainly women are really inattentive to my orders when I do order some Fancy Starbucks, want to get a refill using my rewards card, and redeem my rewards for a free drink. I only spend 1.95 on coffee and the free drinks I’ll splurge on a grande of something sweet and fattening. So yeah don’t expect much from from this location.

This is my go to Starbucks on the way to work. For this visit the line inside was surprisingly short and the service was enjoyable. I ordered a hammerhead. It’s not on the regular menu but the cashier knew what it was. What is a hammerhead you ask? It’s a cup of coffee with a shot of espresso. I got mine with a double shot. An extra shot of espresso is only $.80 so why not. Add cream and sugar and I was out(and wired)! For this location I would recommend you try your coffee before you leave. I’ve been here before when it’s busy and they sacrifice the taste of my coffee for speed. I was so mad when I got to the office I called Starbucks to complain. They did offer to replace it if I came back but ehhhh… I will say that this has not been the case recently. I’ll be back. Enjoi!

I am a former barista, so I tend to be both extra picky and extra understanding when I’m at a coffee shop. There’s something about this one, though, that leaves me unsure of which one I should end up with here. Some days it’s easy and the baristas are both friendly and efficient. Some days it’s the exact opposite of that. I generally go in store because the line is shorter, but there are times when you can clearly see that the barista is only making drinks for the drive-thru line for several minutes, while completely ignoring the other cups. Both sets of customers deserve the speed and efficiency we know and love from Starbucks, c’mon man! Anyway, the location is convenient so I’ll continue to go here and be confused.

The closest Starbucks with a drive thru near me. The line goes by pretty quickly. Haven’t had a problem at this location. Just wish there were more Starbucks drive thrus closer to me. And also totally out of the way for me. I guess it’s a good thing otherwise I’d get Starbucks way more. Lol.

The closet drive thru Starbucks in my neighborhood. I go here when I don’t feel like walking in Starbucks. Cuz I’m in my pajamas and my hair is all crazy. Haha! The lines can get long. But worth the wait for my caffeine fix.

I like this place. A lot. Natalie was my go to barista until she decided to divorce me and our Starbucks marriage and get herself a «big girl job.» BOO! Needless to say, I still have Doreen my other favorite barista and a few of the other fantastic staff that fix my staple black tea latte exactly how I like it. Think it’s easy not to screw it up? Tell that to my old favorite spot at Scripps Ranch with the newb baristas. I’ve since christened them«Slowbucks». They can turn my drink into a Big Mac and fries. I sincerely hope they stepped up their game. #FirstWorldProblems Another great plus about this location is that I almost always find a good spot to sit where I can geek out on my computer or sketch like madwoman. Free wifi anyone? So if you see a petite chick in Nikes and workout gear sketching like a madwoman, come say hi. Unless you are a crazy stalker, then don’t say hi. Go away. I carry pepper spray and a retractable baton. You have been warned. Did I mention there’s a drive through? Oh lucky day! I had a friend that used to complain about having«coffee bean» odor permeate her clothing on every Starbucks visit. So of course, she takes full advantage of this benefit. Princess. Now go get your fix!

I stopped in this Starbucks to unwind a bit after spending some time at Legacy Brewery near by, if you catch my drift. I ordered a Grande Blond Roast which was decent, but it had a little bitterness towards the end which made it somewhat off putting, but drinkable with a touch of honey and cream. This locations sports a drive thru, and has amble space inside for meet ups or study groups( ). The Barrista who took my order was very nice. I used their Wifi to get some work done and it was easy to log on and quite fast. Nice Starbucks, but they need to make bitter-less coffee… Clean the filters perhaps?

Avoid this Starbucks if you can in the morning. The parking situation is absolutely abysmal, although it’s not really the business’ fault that people decide they’re going to block up the entire parking lot trying to edge their way into the line for the drive-thru at two different entry points… yeah, good luck with that, drive thru people. But really, there should be an easier way for someone who wants to just park and go inside to do that. What I did like is that while you wait in line inside someone will take your order so that the process is sped up a little bit, but like the last time I went to a Starbucks in the morning, they’re in such a rush that the drinks end up tasting like nothing, just mostly steamed milk. Meh.
