This was my go to spot when I worked on Miramar Road, I’m really sad that they are not open on the weekends. This spot is decorated so cute and all the workers are very friendly. If you had 30 minutes for lunch, like I did, I would definitely call in your order. I think I’ve tried about everything on the menu but there are specials every day so I would call in to check what deliciousness they are cooking up. There is also Taco Tuesday where they have different types of tacos that sometimes are not on the menu. My favorite thing on the menu is their Acai Smoothie. So good! I never fail to get one with whatever meal I order.

I love this place, and come all the time. I like supporting local businesses. I am a little bummed about today’s experience because they forgot to make my breakfast and I had to leave without food in hopes of getting to work on time.

Have come for lunch twice with boyfriend. Salads are ginormous. Paninis and sandwiches are outstanding. House made chips.

This place is a gem. Their food is delicious, and they have Café Calabria coffee, my favorite! Every morning I get an Aloha Latte, and an oatmeal. They have the most impressive oatmeal! It comes with steamed milk, a bunch of nuts, brown sugar, bananas, and cranberries. It’s huge too! Very delicious!

I stopped in for lunch today. It was a little crowded, but the cashier was fast, so I didn’t have to stand in line very long. I liked the look and feel of this place. I had a Vietnamese Latte and The Club Sandwich. I didn’t have to wait very long for my food either. Friendly staff and good service. The food and coffee tasted so good.

This is my first Unilocal review because I love this place and it’s suddenly become a substantial highlight of my work life. At first, I was just excited to find a spot close enough to my work to avoid the misery of the break room, and as a bonus, catch some fresh air on my way to a decent cup of coffee. Upon arrival, I was greeted by very warm friendly staff. It has a cool/classy/casual vibe and is in general a well organized place, with a clear and descriptive menu offering lots of delicious options. Oh man. The first thing I tried(besides the amazing espresso drinks) was the Taco Salad. Insane. So filling and delicious. Perfect portions and a super reasonable price for what’s in there. Even had a nice presentation in my to-go box. The next time I was lucky enough to forget my lunch, I had the Healthy Burrito with some avocado added. Again, amazing, with fresh ingredients and good portion-to-price ratio. The highlight though: their orange sauce. This sauce is incredible. In a stroke of genius it seems to come with all of their burritos. After trying the Classic Burrito with chorizo this morning I’m convinced this place will never let me down.

Best. Breakfast sandwich. Ever. And let me tell you – I’ve never declared my love so easily before. Pesto Lover: egg over hard, pesto, tomato and melted provologne on a buttery croissant. Indulge a little this morning. It’s so worth it. Friendly service, yummy food, relatively quick to-go order in spite of sudden lunch crowd… I don’t even mind that they accidentally called me Julie lol. Gets pretty busy fast after noon but, hey, there’s plenty of parking! Maybe phone in your order and get in the express line?

If you haven’t been here… GETHERE! Amazing place, awesome fresh ingredient foods and charming hideaway! Just walking distance from where I work at Greathouse in Mira Mar. Come enjoy breakfast or lunch! It’s brilliant!

I’ve been searching for a place like this in Miramar. Super fresh salads, amazing selection of teas/smoothies, and just the right size portions where I can continue with my day. Bought the office lunch and everyone was raving! They had the order up in less than 10 minutes for the whole team. Absolutely will be going back.

Just went here for lunch and I am so excited to of found this place on Unilocal and so close to work! Very clean inside, cute décor and fast, polite customer service! Now for the food, I had the gourmet turkey salad and mango ice tea. Delicious!!! Very filling too which is hard to come by with a salad :) My coworker got the chicken tortilla soup which she said was very good and tasted home made and would get it again. She also got the Paraiso salad and she really liked it as well . We ordered lunch to go for our vegan coworker, she got the veggie vegan sandwich with squaw bread and a side of fries. She said the sandwich was delicious and very fresh. It’s hard to come by a place that all 3 of us like and finally we found a spot!

Thyme for Lunch is one of my go-to work day lunch options. Everything that I have eaten there has been super fresh and delicious. My all-time favorite dish there was their Chicken Pozole soup, it was one of the best I have ever had in a restaurant/café setting. I really also like their Club Sandwich and their burritos. The salads are also very filling, especially the Cobb. They also have some market like items one can quickly buy to go, like granola bars, sweets, chips and drinks. The staff at Thyme for Lunch are especially sweet, and very helpful when I cannot decide what I want to eat. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about Thyme for Lunch, hence the 5 stars that they deserve!!! Just a reminder: They close at 3:30pm.

Amazing prices, and expensive menu. This place has a surprising cozy interior for the industrial park it is in. Great people working there also. Overall excellent experience.

This is pretty nice place to eat by. It’s a bit hidden in the business area but worth a trip. I had the Mexican crashed salad. Decent amount of chicken. I can’t wait to try the other things on the menu.

I found this place in a business park in, that no doubt caters to the surrounding business. They are opened for breakfast and lunch and host Café Calabria Coffee products. I came in during lunch, so I ordered the cobb salad, with their house made avocado dressing on the side for $ 7.75. I earned a free drip coffee with a Unilocal Checkin. The salad was large and came with a lot of fresh chopped Romain lettuce. The salad came with a modest amount of diced into cubes, low fat turkey and chopped up apple wood smoked bacon. Both the bacon an turkey were great but, I wish the salad had a little more of both. The turkey was very good and the bacon was excellent. The tomatoes were chopped small for easy eating, and the blue cheese was great. They put about a quarter of an avocado on the salad. The avocado was perfectly ripe and tasty. Overall, it was a great cobb salad, but with a little bit of more turkey, bacon, and yes, avocado, it would be an excellent cobb salad. Also, the avocado salad dressing was bliss. It had a great fresh avocado flavor, spot on seasoning, and a slight acidity with I appreciated and went well with the salad. The employees are very nice here, and I could tell that they get a lot of regulars, by the conversation and banter. Nice people.

Delicious!!! I was really hungover and sad when I woke up and decided to try thyme before I went into work today. I went a little over board and ordered the caprese panini, an acai smoothie, AND a iced coffee. Omg the acai smoothie is heavennnn!!! Best I’ve ever had, I seriously feel great now! Sandwich is good too. The lady at the register was really nice. I’m so glad I tried this place and it’s right by my work woohooooo!

Based on the recommendation from the team of employees working on my ride, I walked over to Thyme. A little more sophisticated than your typical business park sandwich shop, this tucked away gem has some pretty elaborate sandwiches and fanciful salads. I ordered the Pariaso Salad. It consists of fresh spinach, chicken, mango slices, and goat cheese crumbles all tossed in a vinegar dressing. It fit the bill and was enjoyable. Besides the nice menu, smoothies, coffee drinks, and loose tea is offered. Thyme was definitely a welcomed recommendation. I would go there anytime I am in the area.

OK so since my last review I’ve tried the following: baja beef sandwich(on a french roll) my new favorite! B appled panini– awesome and all the health conscious people will love it. Caprese panini– really good but a little heavy on the prosciutto and mozarella, southwestern breakfast burrito… like I said before it’s all fresh and yummy and they are so accommodating– sometimes my request are crazy like hmm can I have a cup of milk and a side of berries and strawberries — lol that’s not even on the menu. Kendra and Alfred are good people which it makes it even better to spend my money here
