I come to this Starbucks location often right before my hula class.
It’s SUPER COLD inside whenever I go so make sure to bring a sweater and blanket.
They have plenty of seating inside and also a few tables outside.
Cute and friendly dude working behind the counter.
It seems like it would be a good place to study.

This is the only Starbucks that knows how to make a Flat White. Why can’t all stores be more consistent? I will go out of my way when I need my afternoon coffee because I know that it’ll be perfect. Thanks.

This is the closest sbux to my home, I have to say overall it is a well run store. Not as good as the one on Claremont Mesa and Overland, but pretty close. Nice employees overall who know my name and know what I want.

i like this location even though they don’t have much indoor seats and the electric socket cannot hold the weight of a Mac charger it’s still ok. I ordered a feta chicken sandwich and the girl taking my order informed me that they’re out but was fast to suggest other low calorie sandwich now that’s good service for me and helps me lessen my «thinking» minute :-)

My husband and I go to this Starbucks almost every day. I am really surprised to see the negative comment about the new manager, Michelle. The employees here are very nice, especially Flor, Looh-​deh, and Michelle, the manager, is really sweet and friendly. I usually order tall latte and as someone who worked at different Starbucks for 5 years before, I can assure that all the drinks that they make are always consistent and delicious. You guys are all wonderful. Keep up the great work! Sabrina

The girls at this starbucks are amazing! They are always so sweet and they welcome me by name. However, I am not liking the new manager with the dark hair in the ponytail. She is very rude and you can tell she doesn’t get along with any of the other girls. She also never makes my drinks as good as the other girls do.

Who the hell was that stupid girl buying 20 gift cards at starbucks the week before Christmas?! Oh hello, that would be meeeeee! Yes this cheesy little lady got her co workers a lovely gift of coffee for the holidays. This store handled it quite well when I asked for 20 gift cards even though I thought the angry mob behind me was going to kill me.
It actually took less time than expected and that alone makes me a happy camper. I come regularly for a trenta green tea no water no sweetner that lasts me all day. I used to loved me a tuxedo mocha but as of recent it’s been a little on the sweet side I did have an awesome dirty chai though.
The people who take my order are always pleasant and helpful, I never feel rushed even when the people in line give me dirty looks for taking a little longer with big orders or being indecisive because it’s a Monday. I’ll definitely be back for my occasional caffeinated beverage and of course moar gift cards :)

Starbucks offers the best coffee on earth :) Love it. Try it and you’ll end up being a returning customer. Don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program in order to earn free drinks n other stuff :)

I’ve been really satisfied with this location. It is a well-​oiled machine. I never have to wait more than 2 minutes for a drink, although I also have never been in when it’s super busy. I’m in love with the new cold brew coffee, and this location never seems to run out on me, unlike the 24 hour location over on Camino Del Rio N. Employees are always very nice and upbeat. Super air-​conditioned during hot days! Bonus for me is the Jamba Juice directly next door that serves delicious, organic cold-​pressured juices.

Bad customer service. We went in for a new mango pineapple tea drink, first we were told the tea was out, so my husband was going to order something else. Then they said it worked and gave him a drink that was literally no joke 1⁄3 tea, 2⁄3 foam and told him it would settle. After waiting 4 minutes he returned to tell them it hadn’t settled and wanted a new drink they said that he would have to pay for the new drink!!! What?! He said he didn’t really want a different drink since he liked that tea but since they only gave him 1⁄3 could he at least keep that if he had to pay for a new drink, they said no! What kind of customer service is that? We just got a refund for the tea entirely and left. We will not be returning.

The service here is hit and miss! The last time I was in here I ordered a iced chai latte. Syrup and milk basically. There was a little line but not a big deal. I sat and waited only to see the barista walk to the back? I walk up and my drink was just sitting there. She never even said anything! Rude.

We all know the Starbuck menu… so I will skip that.
Tips:
I you need more space for milk n cream. instead of dumping some liquid sanity into the trash.
Ask for: GRANDE sized beverage in a VENTI CUP
–space and no waste!
I love to drink my coffee straight away. but I don’t like to singe my taste buds on coffee too hot!
Ask for: Your beverage to be «kids temp», it’s drinkable, safe, PERFECT!!!

Great service by the barista gal who appeared to be working solo at the time. This was around 4pm. My custom drink came out prompt and tasting perfect. Minus a star due to the sucky parking lot and hidden location.

Kudos to the friendliest sbucks staff I’ve seen in a while!
This is the perfect spot for me to pick up a coffee before working a shift at the hospital. There is never a line and they make my drinks to my specifications; always perfection.

One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Typical looking Starbucks, but the friendliness of the staff is far above the rest. Noelle is that perfect barista that takes great pride in making your drink to perfection and has customer service down perfectly with a smile. When I’m in the area, this is the only coffee place I go to. Parking is another story.

If you haven’t been to this Starbucks lately, check out their just completed remodel. Hand it to Starbucks Corporate… they have a good team of designers. The interior used to be somewhat clunky and inefficient. After closing for only a week the store opened a few days ago with a greatly improved interior. It now flows easily from entering the door, to placing an order, to receiving the drink. The store has an open feel that has a nice vibe. And the staff continues to provide consistent, top notch customer service. This location continues to be my daily, go to Starbucks.

Unfortunately this Starbucks is one I won’t go to anymore. Not too long ago I found out that the baristas here will mess with your drink order if they think you’ve been rude to them or if they just don’t like you. For example if you ordered with soy they will use milk, if you ordered regular coffee they will give you decaf. It’s like the barista equivalent of spitting in your food in the kitchen. That’s not ok. I miss how this Starbucks was a couple of years ago, but I guess time changes people. It’s a shame really.

I am a huge coffee drinker, i hate the starbucks high prices and the trendy crap you have to endure but they make a good cup of coffee.
Customer service is always friendly and prompt.
